The house is beautifully finished to a very high standard, creating a warm and homely atmosphere . It is brimming with character features and quirky touches throughout the property from the original front door to the wooden beams throughout. Having a unique history, it was once the studio of artist F. D. Millet (who perished on the Titanic). It underwent significant renovations around 1913 to become a modern home. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended visit, this charming space is designed to make you feel right at home.

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom features a stunning French-style double size bed designed for ultimate comfort, promising a good night's sleep. You'll find ample storage options with spacious closet and an antique chest of drawers, providing plenty of space to keep your belongings organised and neatly tucked away.

Bedroom 2
Upon entering the second bedroom, you'll find a charming bookcase stocked with books for your enjoyment. Ascend a flight of stairs to discover the cosy bedroom, featuring two elegant French-style single beds and a convenient bedside table, perfect for a restful retreat.

Landing
Guests in the second bedroom will appreciate the large chest of drawers and spacious closet here, providing storage for their belongings. This thoughtful addition ensures a comfortable organized stay.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a W/C, bath/shower, and a hand basin for your convenience. Additionally, a large cupboard offers storage space for all your essentials, it an elegant stylish room with a view of the courtyard.

Living room -
This is an inviting room at the front of the house, featuring 2 large comfortable lounge chairs, and large Chesterfield style sofa perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your favourite shows on the TV, and sit at the desk creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for you & your friends, colleagues or family. The log burner is an electric fire and can be turned on when required.

Kitchen/diner -
This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including, sink, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/ice box, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. There is a dining table with 4 chairs in the centre of the kitchen.

Courtyard -
The outdoor area is designed for al fresco dining, complete with a table and chairs that beckon you to enjoy meals in fresh air. There's also a casual seating area, making it the spot to relax and soak up the sun on warm days and pleasant evenings.
