Main house includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen. First room has queen size bed with full bathroom included. Second room has king size bed with full bathroom located just outside the door. Game room is separate structure located out back in the garage. Game room includes 65 inch flat screen tv with streaming capabilities, dart board, bar height table for poker/dominoes, A/C and heat. Living room includes 2 electric reclining leather couches and 60" flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. Expandable dining table and bar seating that looks into the kitchen. Full kitchen includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, dishes, and silverware. Laundry room is also a separate structure located in back yard with full washer/dryer and window unit. Great views of the lake from the front porch. Charcoal fire pit in front yard. Another covered porch out back and no rear neighbors. Boat ramp located within walking distance in the neighborhood.
