NEW HOT TUB ADDED 2022
New - smaller 5 person hot tub added - if you use the hot tub, please note that the hot tub is a plug and play - running off of a 110 plug. The water will cool off fast with the lid off on a cold day. It takes about an hour to heat the hot tub 1 degree. Always put the lid back when you are done. Make sure you turn all manual air bubbles and the waterfall off before putting the lid back. This prevents the hot tub from getting stale. There will be a dumping fee of $50 if the hot tub is left dirty

It was wonderful! A perfect view of the sunrise and lake! We have stayed a couple of times here and as always everything was exceptional.

Great Spot on the water!

Well appointed home with a beautiful yard allowing us to walk right down to the water. Everything was just as stated in the listing. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Our host was very attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will definately be back!

Great place!

Molly was easy to work with. The property is huge and right on the water. We loved having kayaks to use as well. The home is layer out great and had most essentials we needed. This is very, VERY remote, but that’s what we were looking for. Definitely go to a store on your way in and pack your cooler. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Property/Great Location

House was clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Great rental for a family vacation and prime location for fishing. Host responds quickly and friendly. We had a great time. I would definitely rent again.

Awesome place

Our family of just got back from enjoying this beautiful place! It had everything we needed, very clean and organized. The backyard feels very private and has a great view of the trees and lake. The hot tub and firepit are nice bonuses! Our family would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

Absolutely loved our stay. First thing I saw and loved was the view of the lake and I was immediately in love. The home was bright and open and inviting. Wish I read the check in list prior to coming I would have left some kitchen things at home. Wish our stay was longer, but it was wonderful time spent with Family and we definitely need to do it again. My kids are like why do we have to leave? Thanks again for having us!

Outer Banks Lake 🏠

Amazing lake house! Our family went over for the holidays and the house was perfect for us. It was clean, renovated and had the best views of Lake Sam Rayburn. I would recommend this place to anyone!
