"The hotel Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to. It took me about an hour and a half to get connected, and I had to clear the cache and try several times before it finally worked."

Majestic Hotels Bristol
"On the positive side, the room was comfortable and quiet with good amenities. I got a good nights sleep. Air conditioning worked well. On the negative side, the room could do with a lick of paint, the carpet was a bit stained and there was a lack of soap in the bathroom (room 610)"

"There was a problem with the check in system when we arrived & one of the staff was quite abrupt & unhelpful. I must say the lady who actually (eventually) checked us it was helpful & polite. I had to check a couple of times if the hotel check in system was up & running. Although the T was not long ..."
