  • This is a safe, peaceful, quiet, relaxing space and location that is family friendly. This space is centrally located between downtown, the South Holston river and the Bristol Motor Speedway.
    *6 miles to the Bristol casino
    *4 miles to the South Holston River
    *9 miles to the Bristol Motor Speedway
    *2.0 miles to King University *2.8 miles to downtown State St. dining and night life.

    Easy parking in the street located in the front of the condo or under the deck located on the backside of the condo. The rooms are open and comfortable with a smart HDTV in the main bedroom. There is another smarr HDTV in the living room area. Netflix and WIFI are easily accessible through the condo.
    The top 2 floors are open to guests and they will not be sharing any space with other people.

We really enjoyed a home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the little touches of Bristol Deco, a k-cup ready for coffee, and mini homemade handsoaps. Thank you!! We'll definitely be back!

Nice little townhouse conveniently located near downtown and the speedway. There was space to stretch out, everything was clean, everything was in good working order. An added plus for this location was the 2 1/2 bathrooms.

The property was cute and cozy. Pictures didn’t do it justice. The host was amazing and very kind. I’d definitely recommend this property.

Exactly as described. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but it was very quiet in the area. It was the perfect landing spot for our activities in the area.

Beautiful place! I love the location of the property, cleanliness of the home and the ease of communication when talking to the owner. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay here again soon:)

Excellent management of property. A bit far from downtown, but in very quiet neighborhood. Visiting areas for nature (caverns, lake) were very convenient. Commumication was excellent.
