All the staff were great. The room was beautiful. Except the main bedroom the air conditioner was not working. The plug in the sink in the kitchen did not fit for washing up.we didn't know if u new or not.

Clean room, great check in front desk lady was a very polite and thorough. Made me feel very welcome and explained how to get around the hotel well. IMPRESSED

Rambla @ South City SQ
Paid parking through an outside company. Instructions on how to enter not clear. Intercom didn’t work, lucky Rambla responded quickly with options and came to our rescue. Online parking instructions not current and didn’t work. Not impressed with parking company
