This unique property has buckets of quirky charm with lots of surprises, lots to look at and some hidden doors!

This property hails from the Regency Era, laid out over four levels, maintaining the character and form of the period. As such, it features steep staircases, slender hallways, and more. The structure itself is towering and narrow. For the average, agile adult, this shouldn't be an issue. However, if challenging, narrow staircases are a stumbling block for you, this place might not be the right fit. On the other hand, if you're enchanted by charming, beautiful, and somewhat magic spaces, crammed full of unique & eye-catching art that capture your imagination, then this is certainly the space for you!

It's perfect for couples seeking a "home away from home" or a romantic getaway, as well as small groups of friends or family in search of a unique, central Brighton location.

Access to the house is a mini adventure via the nearby famous Quadrophenia alley! For all you movie buffs! You will then enter the entrance hallway via the rear patio on the ground floor. You can then enjoy the characterful living space on the ground floor complete with smart TV, music system & ample comfy seats.

You can then descend down to the modern kitchen/dining area. Ascend two levels, and you'll discover three bedrooms (one with an en suite shower room) and a family bathroom. The mattresses are comfy and of superior quality. Two bedrooms have giant smart TVs.

We've invested great care into making this space rejuvenating and homely - the kitchen, where you can flaunt your cooking prowess, caters to both amateur cooks and culinary experts! The endearing flower-adorned bathroom is the ideal spot to gear up for an outdoor adventure. The living room, true to its name, makes living effortless. Beautifully Quirky

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Regency House. It literally took our breath away as we opened the doors to each room. Each sector the house is thoughtfully and exquisitely designed from bright and cheerful wall coverings to dark and emotive installations. We absolutely loved the uniqueness of the property. It was comfortable and extremely well equipped.The stairs were quite a challenge but we took our steps carefully and coped very well.Lara was very helpful with information about our stay but we didn’t feel the same about VRBO as there appeared to be some kind of disconnection as a go between. This was made up for once contact was made with Lara directly and the communication was excellent from then on.
