Perfect for your affordable family getaway, romantic weekend, or a fun get away with friends.
The Spa Retreat is situated walking distance to the lovely 10km wild flower reserve walking/biking track, beach, tennis courts, shops, pubs and the Australian Café of the year, The Bridport Café. A short drive and you can find yourself at Barnbougle and the Lost farm, the world renown Links Golf courses, along with there outstanding restaurants and bars.
(be sure to book ahead for a table)
In under a 30 minute drive, you can be at the cellar door of Pipers Brook Vineyard, and the famous Janzz winery. Along with lots more boutique style wineries along the beautiful wine route. Bridport is close to Launceston ( under an hours drive) and there are lots of places to check out on the way.
A short drive of just 45 minutes will have you arriving at, world class BLUE DERBY mountain bike trails, or HOLLYBANK mountain bike trails.


The Spa Retreat has a lovely beach house feel, with large deck overlooking spectacular views. Cool off in the spa while relaxing through the day, or enjoy a wine and the warm massaging bubbles of an evening, a perfect way to end any sort of day on the coast.

Take advantage of the double kayak for hire, and explore the river and coast line around through the old Pier.

Great location and views

Lovely house close to town with stunning views. The house is beautifully furnished and loved sitting on the deck in the afternoon watching the sun go down over the ocean.

Gorgeous, pet friendly house

The spa house at bridport was wonderful to stay at, the beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked with pantry basics, the bathroom is stunning and the views are to die forveiws

Wonderful retreat location

Beautiful location, well centralised for all the shops and vineyards. Lovely kitchen and ideal housing floorplan. My only comment is that the toilet is tucked in the back and there is only one of them for three bedrooms. Other than that, the perfect house for a holiday.

Beautiful spot , welcoming home

We had a fantastic stay ! The house was clean , comfortable and well equipped . Outdoor spa was hot when we arrived and a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring . Bridport was quiet just before Easter weekend so we enjoyed some of the beaches almost alone . Great cafes and food options .

Perfect spot in town!

My wife and I were in town to play golf at Barnbougle. Being she isnt a golfer this was great accommodation to suit both of our needs. A short 8 minute drive to Barnbougle, which was ideal and waking distance to town. The front deck was amazing for an afternoon/evening drink. Inside of the property was lovely and ideal if you want to eat at home. Could not recommend this property enough.

Great house for couple or group

We stayed at Spa House in Feb 2024 with a group of 6 for a golf trip to Barnbougle. The house was perfect for a group like this and Barnbougle was only a short 5 min drive away. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and there is also a bbq available. The house has been nicely decorated inside to give a really modern vibe. The spa and deck area outside is a great touch and there is a great view over the ocean. The shops are a short drive or walking distance. There was also a bike available. Other amenities included were board games, tennis racquets/balls, washing machine and dryer etc. Overall, a really enjoyable stay at Spa House and the host was really accommodating when we asked to drop off a few things to the house prior to check-in.

Everything you need .not much privacy in backyard.but front deck was great.need kindling for fire.but we had an amazing stay very relaxing. Very comfortable bed.was great having fire .and heat pump as backup

The house is beautiful, easily big enough for a family or 2 to share. Fully equiped kitchen for cooking in, laundry with access to dryer or clothes line in tidy back yard. Hot tub was amazing with gorgeous views out over the bay, only issue was it went cold over night despite lid being put on when not in use, may have been something we didn't do. Short but very steep walk to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful views, comfortable house, we didn't want to go home.

Beautiful view of the beach from the deck. The deck houses a spa, outdoor furniture and a bar. Inside is a comfortable place to call home during your stay, being a small town we happily had a chat with a few neighbours and they were very welcoming and friendly. I look forward to planning my next trip there. Thank you for the stay.
