The small kitchen is equipped with essential electric appliances and leads to a quaint extension where you’ll find the breakfast table, where you can plan the day ahead. A convenient toilet is situated to the side, and the extension offers access to an enclosed rear patio, ideal for enjoying some fresh air.

Upstairs, Lauralee accommodates six guests across three comfortable bedrooms: a kingsize, a double and a bunk room. The house bathroom features a bath with a shower over, catering to all your needs.

Lauralee is perfectly positioned just a two-minute walk from a convenience store and only five minutes from the working harbour, where you can watch the daily catch being landed and savour the delicious crab and lobster that Bridlington is famous for. The town offers a choice of two beautiful beaches and a plethora of tea rooms and fish and chip restaurants. For leisure activities, visit the local centre with its swimming pool or enjoy year-round live entertainment at Bridlington Spa. Explore the historic Old Town, or take short trips to Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Danes Dyke Nature Reserve, and RSPB Bempton Cliffs. The Yorkshire Wolds provide ample walking and cycling opportunities, while Hull’s The Deep and historic York are just an hour’s drive away. Lauralee is a comfortable home for six, perfect for a delightful Yorkshire seaside break.
