"I was surprised the parking garage was in the basement. But i have an SUV and the parking spaces were not wide enough and there was not enough spaces for the hotel size. I like that it’s hidden but there is a lot of cars parked outside. Its an accident waiting to happen. My compliments to the chef. He toasted my breakfast burrito perfectly amazing and without me asking for it!!! The room, pool, hot tube, outdoor seating area are amazing on the riverfront. I would definitely go again."

"The staff is friendly and the free breakfast is pretty good. Only issue might be location that it is near a fairly busy road within a dense apartment area. Oddly enough there are limited eateries within this complex. There are many resturants that are one exit north of complex but not walking distance. The closet MAX park and ride is fairly close but does not feel safe. There is a homeless encampment in the parking lot and feels very unsafe. Area near Portland downtown has a homeless issue...

"I liked that there was a parking structure was across the street which had pretty good pricing for our overnight stays. The hotel itself felt very safe being that you needed a room key in order to use the escalator to reach the rooms up top. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere as it felt very upscale and unique. All in all, would stay here again ! Thank you for having us Hotel Lucia !"

"I stay in Portland frequently but had not stayed at the Hampton Inn Pearl District before, but it’s going to be where I stay from now on. It’s a beautiful property, right in the heart of the Pearl, surrounded by shopping and dining. The staff are so friendly! My room was immaculate. Best hotel in town for the money. "

"This is one of my favorite hotels; the location is perfect for getting around easy. The hotel staff were the most helpful and accommodating than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Hotel is quiet with rooms that are extremely comfortable with everything you need. The restaurant is also phenomenal for food and drinks with great service. Can’t say enough!"

"This is our favorite hotel when we travel to Portland. It is clean and beautiful and it's right in the middle of downtown. There is a Nordstrom less than a block away and there is a very nice outdoor space with outdoor games and cultural activities just across the street. There are some wonderful restaurants within a few blocks, and the Farmers Market is just a couple of blocks away. We highly recommend The Paramount Hotel in downtown Portland."
