"Wonderful location, clean, with a very comfortable bed. Older property with only somewhat noisy standing fans to cool - would benefit from quiet ceiling fans.
Apparently continental breakfast is complimentary in the rooms, but we weren’t offered this and there were no details about in room dining offered. There were no easy options to get extra water or snacks etc and only one small bottle of water per person per day. You can order extra from the bar, but that seemed to be an unexpected request....

"The property needs some looking after. Generally, it looks as it if needs maintenance and staff. The entrance to the stair way had bird poop all over the railings. And it stay there the entire trip ( 5 days). There was no elevator and I stayed on the top floor. My room was nice due to the space however, the other rooms I booked (3 additional) were okay but the beds were extremely small. There was no toilet tissue nor any complimentary towels like that. There was a tv that didn't work , Wi-Fi...

"I recently stayed at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel Jamaica in Kingston, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a unique blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, with beautifully decorated suites that are spacious, clean, and comfortable maintained areas, however this time my AC was broken I call 3 times before getting it fixed and then 3 days after it went out again. This was disappointing but the hotel is where I’ve always stayed once in Jamaica.
