"It’s very easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms or the hall.
Also, when I checked in I asked about the airport shuttle and was advised it left every half hour, however when I arrived in the lobby at 4:53 am, the driver had already left and the front desk advised me “I needed to reserve a time”. It would have been nice to know that when I checked in."
