Premier Host offering a luxurious condo with many upgrades. This is true mountain retreat at Brian Head. This cozy retreat with is upgraded reclaimed barn wood walls, granite counter tops, two full baths, amenities abound and cabin cozy comfort throughout. Sleeps 6. But our guests favorite amenity, a private garage. The garage is attached, on the main living level.

Aspen Peak Retreat is located in the White Bear Condominiums, across the street from Giant Steps and within a .5 mile of Navajo. Views from the patio provide partial view of Giant Steps but allow you to take in much of what Brian Head has to offer. Located across the street from Giant Steps Ski Lodge - an easy ski, walk or a short drive.

Ski or play all day then relax in front of the fireplace. Your family can enjoy board games, movies, puzzles, books, and more! No smoking/pets allowed

Multi-level unit with ATTACHED GARAGE ON SAME LEVEL AS MAIN LIVING AREA.

Layout:
Main Level: Kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom and bath #1 are located on the first floor. The Master bedroom is furnished with King Bed. Full bath, including bathtub/shower. **Available for Winter 2019/20 and beyond NEW furniture, mattress & bedding in Master bedroom**. Deck access. Garage and outside access.

Bottom Level: Second bedroom and bath #2 are located on the bottom floor. The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds (Full - bottom, Twin - top) as well as a trundle. Full bath, including bathtub/shower. **Available for Winter 2019 and beyond we've added a TV and a space heater**

Living Room - TV, cable, dining room table that seats four comfortably.

Kitchen - All appliances including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, spices etc. Granite counter top with four (4) bar stools.

Bathroom #1 - Tub and shower, toilet and vanity.

Bathroom #2 - Tub and shower, toilet and vanity.

Winter: Downhill skiing and snowboarding just across the street, with convenient access to Giant Steps Lodge. Additionally, miles of cross-country and snowmobile trails throughout the area. Brian Head also includes a snow tubing and sledding hill for kids and adults.

Summer: Some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails Utah has to offer. Take a ride up the chair lift and enjoy the views that 11,000 feet has to offer. Grab your rod and reel for a day of fishing on the nearby lakes. ATV trails located throughout the area.

Nearby National Parks and Monuments - Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument are all just a short drive away.

Our family stayed for 3 nights and the location was perfect. We walked to Giant Steps. There was also a playground just past Giant Steps that we walked to one day as well. Having the attached garage was amazing as well.

Very glad we chose this property for our trip! The condo was in a great location- just a short drive to Navajo and/or Giant Steps lifts, had everything our family of 5 needed, and we loved having a private garage!! Our Chrysler Pacifica minivan fit just fine :) Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed doing the puzzles from the game closet as a family. Great place!

Loved our stay. Cozy and comfortable.Very grateful for the garage. We were there for the snowstorm and it was nice that our truck (Chevy Silverado) fit in the garage for easy loading and unloading.Also thankful for the city plows keeping the roads clear. We did have to put the chains on but not too bad to do in that warm garage!Close to everything, well stocked, and welcoming. The carpet was a little "tired" and used, but overall a very nice condo! Thank you.

We loved the rustic feel of this place. The wood on the walls makes it feel like you are staying in cabin! My teen sons both loved and it wished they had a place just like it. It felt cozy even though there was room to spread out for the 4 of us.

This was an amazing condo that comfortably fit my family of 5. It was well stocked, clean and so cozy. Having the garage was such a HUGE bonus with skiing. Super close to the mountain and the shuttle was reliable and easy to use. I would have zero hesitation going back to this property! It was perfect!

Overall, this is a great property. The kitchen is very well stocked (and actually organized) for all of your cooking needs. The condo is quaint and very cozy. It has plenty of room to spread out for the four of us as well. The cleanliness of the property is our only complaint. The cleaning crew did not wipe down the tables (as evidenced by the plastic christmas tree needles still on the coffee table when we arrived) - in this day and age of covid, this is something I would expect to have happened. The bathroom light has not been dusted in quite some time. There were still towels hanging behind the bathroom door from the previous guests. And the carpet needs to be cleaned and/or replaced - especially since the owner wants you to remove your shoes.

The Condo was exactly as it was advertised. The layout, the beds and the provided amenities were great. Had plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 kids under the age of 8. Even with all the snow, the daily snow plow made sure we had access in and out of the garage, and the in condo washer and dryer was great. We plan on booking this condo again in the summer and for next winter.

We loved our stay at this cabin. It is beautiful and Lynne was very responsive when we reached out to her. We are looking forward to returning to this property again. Also, it was so nice having a private garage to park in. We drove a Toyota Tundra and fit in the garage just fine.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Brian Head. There is a view of the mountain from the living room. The condo is quiet and well-stocked, and it is about a fifteen-minute walk to the main lift at Giant steps. I had a question about something while at the condo and texted the owners; I received a call from them within 10 minutes and remedied the issue. The garage will fit a larger SUV. Unfortunately, my Ford full-size F-250 TREMOR was about an inch too tall to do in the garage. However, the city provides several lots for overnight parking just down the hill, about a 10-minute walk. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. They provided coffee supplies, a few snacks and have a well-stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. We also enjoyed the variety of games to play together when we weren't enjoying the snow!

Beautiful condo and great location right between giant steps and Navajo. Lynne was super responsive and helpful. We had some trouble locating the garage (our mistake), figuring out the fireplace (thermostat on wall controls it!), and the tv (football was on! Lynne quickly solved that one as well). Great layout for our family of four with a 5 and 7 year old. Well stocked home with EXTREMELY comfortable beds - seriously the best I’ve ever had at any VRBO - and some nice welcoming touches. The garage is huge and super convenient to have when the snow is coming down. Unfortunately our truck was just a tiny bit too tall to fit, but we just parked outside of it and all was well. We will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful condo and perfect location for southern Utah sights. No complaints whatsoever. I had trouble operating lockbox that holds the keys. This could have just been me - owners were helpful at check in and check out time.
