This penthouse condo is designed for families with children.

This penthouse condo is on the third floor (no elevator) and has three master bedrooms with 10 total TVs and 4 full bathrooms (sleeps 14 but a maximum of 12 can be adults). The optional children's play lofts with game tables, 2 TVs, etc. can be booked for an additional $35 / night plus a one-time $35 cleaning fee. NO SLEEPING ALLOWED IN THE CHILDREN'S LFOTS. This condo has 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 3 Queen sofa beds, a queen tri-fold gel mattress, and 2 twin floor mattresses. The twin beds in the children's play lofts are NOT for sleeping. There is also a pack 'n play crib with sealed & sanitized sheet.

**** 2 sets of Shakespeare fishing poles and a fully stocked tackle box (with bait) are included during spring, summer & fall. Enjoy the new Brian Head lake/pond stocked with fish ****

We have a 43 car indoor heated garage and they are available on a first come first use basis. You may ONLY park two cars in the garage as this is a double condo. There is also outdoor overflow parking for motor homes trailers and oversized vehicles.

The living room has a gas fireplace and, a big screen TV surrounded by 3 smaller TVs (great for watching multiple sporting events) with Xbox & DVD player. Strong and fast local Wi-Fi (broadband) covers the entire condo. Two queen sofa sleepers with a fantastic view of all 4 living room TVs adjacent to the living room gas fireplace.

The family room has a queen leather sleeper couch and a 2nd gas fireplace. Separate dining nook (seats 8) with hardwood floor and wet bar (not stocked … sorry). A high bar table across from the kitchen seats 4 guests and is adjacent to the Family Room gas fireplace.

The kitchen has dual stoves/ovens, dual built-in microwaves, a large side-by-side refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a trash compactor.

Underground heated parking with ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. In-unit washer & dryer available FREE on all 7-day or longer rentals. This home is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairway only (no elevator).

The optional children's play loft (not for sleeping) package is available for $35.00 extra per night plus a one-time cleaning fee of $35.00. Loft #1 has two twin beds for resting (not sleeping), a play area, and HD TV, Loft #2 has two twin futon mattresses for resting (not sleeping), a children's game room with TV, three-person Lego station/table, a dresser full of games, play kitchen etc. CHILDREN'S PLAY LOFTS ARE ACCESSED BY A SPIRAL STAIRCASE AND HAVE LIMITED HEADROOM.

All three master bedrooms each have full bathrooms and wall-mounted TVs. Master bedroom #3 has a private sunroom that holds a queen trifold memory foam mattress that can be used opposite of the kitchen under the mirror cabinets which includes a bin with bedding for it and a great view of Giant Steps ski basin.

A full guest bathroom (4th bathroom) is great for guests sleeping on fold-out sofas.

2 ea. private glass-enclosed entry porches, with built-in storage for skis, snowboards, bikes, and ski/snowboard gear. Each porch has a bench to facilitate the donning of equipment. Also included are wall-mounted electric boot warmers to dry/warm eight pairs of boots or shoes.

Copper Chase is a premiere condominium project with ski-in/ski-out access to the Navajo ski basin. Copper Chase boasts a large solarium pool/Jacuzzi with an adjacent fitness room. Amenities also include separate male/female saunas in locker rooms, large group sitting/meeting/lounge area with a fireplace and large LCD TV, a guest business center with computer and printer, summer sun decks with two BBQs, and a picnic area with volleyball and open play area. The FREE town shuttle that operates during ski season stops at Copper Chase and serves both ski basins as well as most lodging and restaurants.

Very convenient and well stocked

Comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of space. The host was very communicative and made sure we have everything we need. Very close to the slopes.Nice pool and hot tub on premises.A very good value for the price.We were 3 adults and two kids and it was more than enough for us.Shuttle is available if needed and Will arrive within 5 minutes once summoned. Thank you Scott, will definitely stay here again

Great time at BH

The property was roomy, well stocked, and pretty much as advertised. Scott (owner) was excellent! We've stayed at probably 40 VRBOs, and he was easily the best ever. We would very easily give it 5 stars overall if not for it being dated and the lack of an elevator (still, we knew that going in and the stairs were good exercise!). We'll stay at one of his other properties in the same building next time.

the place is specious and have all you need. we ate out most of the time, either at the lodge or between the Hilton and Pizanos, but would definitely considered cooking at home if I stay there again.

Lots of Locks

This property has lots of locks everywhere. There are staircases to the lofts with big signs saying not included in rental, then doors locked to the porches so you can’t see out because they don’t allow guests in the private hot tub. Even the washing machine has a lock across the top of it. We won’t choose this property again. Lots of other choices without lockboxes everywhere. Not being negative, just honest.

Great condo, fun for the kids, pool awesome, but…

My family and I spent the weekend skiing. The condo was just as described and communication with the property manager was great. The condo was clean enough and stocked with everything we needed and expected in a VRBO. The kids also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a great vacation until I received a phone call, email, and VRBO chat from the property manager just after checkout. The communication was regarding fur that was found in the loft area. I was accused of having a dog in the condo and after much back and forth communication, my “theory” that the fur was in fact from two faux fur blankets provided with the condo was confirmed. The property manager thanked me for being a great guest and confirmed that the fur was in fact from the blankets provided. So do yourself a favor and do not use those blankets! It turned out good in the end, but being accused of not following the pet restriction rules and threatened with extensive cleaning bills was a big damper on the weekend.

Youth Soccer Team Getaway

We had a large group of 10 year old girls and their parents from a soccer team. The condo had a great location and had everything we needed to make it a great weekend. The owner was very responsive and helped make it easy to coordinate a trip with 22 people. We'd all stay there again!

Great stay

The place was great and the owner was very responsive. The pictures posted don’t really do justice to the space - there are 3 large master bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. There are two comfortable pull out sofas in the living room that we used as a 4th bedroom for the kids. The kitchen is small but well appointed, had everything we needed. The dining room/nook area was a fun spot for us all to sit and eat our meals. The additional loft feature was nice for the youngest of our kids but VERY small/low - tough for an adult to get up there. We paid the additional fee for this loft and the kids liked it. The pool, spa, sauna, and gym were in the next building over - but it’s connected so it was very easy to get over there in the cold weather. In between both the Giant Steps and Navajo lifts made this a very convenient location.

Large space for big groups

3bd 4bath is great for our group. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. Could have accommodated many more. Kitchen came with 2 ranges and two microwave. The sink was a little too small. Had all the pots and pans to make almost any meals. The only things preventing this from 5 stars is having to go up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator). The fixtures in the restrooms need updates, water temperature was hard to maintain for showers. Indoor pool was crowded and very rough. Kids got scraped on the sides. Our group will definitely book again.

Great experience, one of a kind property, awesome owner/manager

Had an amazing experience. Great communication with checking in and throughout. Lofts were super fun for the kids. Definitely recommend them if you have younger ones. Access to resort is super easy. Did have to keep quiet as far as walking around, especially after 10:00 PM so the neighbors below didn’t get bugged. Would stay there again.

Perfect spot for family vacation

We enjoyed our stay! It was super close to the slopes shuttle drops off and picks up right in front. Everyone was friendly. There was plenty of space for our group and the views from all the windows were beautiful. We will be returning again in a couple months!

Ideal family getaway

Cozy condo with room for all. Great location and easy access to all the lifts and lodges. Finding a parking spot was sometimes an issue after night skiing but the complex amenities were great and the pool and hot tub were the perfect way to cap off the day. Scott was really helpful and easy to contact.

Great location, great host.

Great location and good property right at Brian head. We were staying for Christmas with 11 people. Very good communication from the host. Just FYI there are 3 beds total for the kids upstairs. The gaming room has no bedding, but it was not a problem. We still had plenty of bedding Aaron’s the house, so we could fit. Dining table also has addition and can be extended to fit 10 people. Everything was great.

I am extremely surprised by the reviews on this property. After staying there, I can’t agree with the others who consider this condo to be updated, clean, or a place I’d want to rent again. My entire group felt that the description and photos of this property were deceiving. The condo does not have five bedrooms. It has three bedrooms and two loft spaces. The bedding in the loft was disappointing. The futons were “pads” that we put sleeping bags on for the smaller kids but I wouldn’t describe them as “sleeping space” or “bedding.” The upper loft had a dirty mattress and bugs in the blankets so it went unused during our stay. There is another loft that is locked and not part of the rental. That space would’ve been nice to be able to use for sleeping space. The condo doesn’t have a great gathering area or proper furniture to accommodate a group of 14 in one room. The furniture was outdated and didn’t look very clean. The bedrooms were fine and the appliances in the kitchen were okay, but I would not consider this property updated or renovated, at least not on the last 30 years. Cupboards, wallpaper, and flooring were worn and decades old. We found dirty dishes in the kitchen, floss on the dining room floor, and sticky walls. I would not consider the cleanliness up to the standard of a rental property. The kitchen sink clogs on the right side. The hot water is sparse but there is up front communication about that. Be advised that this property is up three flights of stairs and there is no elevator. We faired okay but it could be a challenge for those with health or age issues. One thing that was extremely unique to this property compared to many others I’ve rented was that the majority of cupboards and closets were locked. It was odd and inconvenient how many things were locked up and off limits. The pool was freezing cold so we couldn’t swim, which, although this was not the fault of the owner, one of the main reasons we chose this property was because of the pool. That was very disappointing. Scott was very kind when he found out about the pool situation and tried to accommodate. He was easy to get ahold of and responded to questions and concerns quickly. Overall, our party was disappointed and we would not choose to stay there again.

Fourth of July Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We opted to include the loft, since we had kids with us. It isn’t well suited for kids 5 and under, which is what our family has. The stairs are tight and steep. Adults trying to keep kids safe upstairs have to stay on hands and knees. It is such a great set up, however, and inspired my son to look into a loft for his own house. I love to cook for my family when we travel, which was a huge burden lugging all of our food/luggage/equipment up to the 3rd floor. A dumb waiter or elevator would have been helpful. We got our exercise that day!! This condo includes lots of seating, both at the dining table and in the living room.

Beautiful condo with great views of the mountain

Property was spacious and relaxing. Great location, views, and access to nearby activities. We stayed in summer time and really enjoyed our stay.

Brian Head Ski In Ski Out

Overall this property was great! Awesome sled run out back for all to enjoy. Easy lift access-truly a ski in ski out location. The spa was not working in the building which was a disappointment-we were looking forward to that after our days on the mountain. Loft space looked much bigger in the pictures but all the 3 master bedrooms were perfect.

Clean condo near the slopes

Clean condo close to the Navajo slopes. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Nice place to stay for multiple families under one roof.

Everything you need for a great ski vacation.

The house had everything we needed. Kids had a blast in the loft. Proximity to the resort can’t be beat.
