  • Relax and enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home features breathtaking panoramic views of Paine's Creek on Cape Cod Bay only 450 yards from the house. It's spacious layout offers sleeping for up to 12, so bring the whole family!

    The first level of the home offers a roomy living area with sliders to the patio, sunroom with futon, dining area and wet bar, full kitchen, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, and the second is a primary suite with a king sized bed and full bath. There is a wooden crib in the room and a highchair kept in the closet. The second level features a 2nd bright and comfortable living area, as well as a lovely, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, all with sliders to the side deck. Its "upside down" layout takes full advantage of the spectacular bay views. There are two bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen sized bed, and a second primary bedroom with a king sized bed and full private bath. Finally, the third level offers a sunny den with a deck, as well as an extra area for sleeping - complete with a full sized bed.

Location location location!!

A magnificent location for sunsets and a great kid friendly beach. The house is in fine condition, similar to most cape houses, it has everything you need but is outdated. The outdoor shower was terrific, bathrooms all clean, beds comfortable. The house configuration is an upside down house but once you figure out the sleeping arrangements, it’s terrific. We hope to come back next year!

Très belle vue du salon. Confort correct. Si famille de 10 personnes comme nous, un peu serré. Mériterait rénovations pour faire plus de chambre car la maison est grande et il y’a certaines pièces qui pourraient être convertie en chambres.

Beautiful Brewster Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the cape every summer for 7 years and feel like this house went above and beyond our greatest expectations. The house was large, clean, cool and the views were gorgeous. Our family of 4 stayed with our friends family of 4 and there was plenty of space with the two kitchen layout and extra beds if needed. I would love to rent again next year! The location is spectacular, with an easy walk to Paine’s Creek, our favorite beach on Cape Cod!!
