Million dollar view and privacy of this easily accessible location is a highlight of this property! You can enjoy all the space and brand new hot tub with the waterfall and build in Bluetooth music.. You can blast the sound there! Located next to the forest, you can collect wood as much as you want to enjoy the firepit and roast the marshmallows. The gas grill is also provided. Inside you will enjoy a professionally designed space with all you need to have a memorable and fun vacation.

This little house was perfect! The view was beautiful and loved the decor. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. We had everything we needed and hated to leave.

The cabin had everything we needed and was close to everything we planned to do . It was very clean and definitely cozy for my husband and I and our two dogs. We enjoyed seeing deer play in the fields and a squirrel visited the porch to say hi to our dogs who just watched in amazement. The bed was comfortable and plenty of towels and blankets were provided along with toiletries that we may have forgotten . We would recommend this property and would stay again if visiting the area in the future.

Perfect little escape from a big

I liked this place so much! View alone worth all the price.This little cabin is located nearby a town of Brevard on the property with some other cabins, but your privacy is guaranteed.There is no cell reception, but the wifi covers all your data needs.The hosts are very nice people, the cabin made and designed with love and has everything you need.Amenities are very nice, you’ll want that nice hot tub time after a long hike for sure.

Beautiful view. Perfect getaway!

This tiny house was perfect! The view is sooooo much better in person. It’s perfect. The hot tub was really nice as well. It’s just far away enough from the town to where you can enjoy the peacefulness, but are able to quickly run to the stores if you need to. It was just enough space for me and my partner and I could definitely see kids sleeping in the loft. We were able to go to all the places we wanted to! Location and view were perfect! If you’re visiting I highly recommend visiting Looking Glass Falls, Moore Cove Falls, Pretty Place Chapel, and Caesar Head State Park. The only downside was there is like no good food places around, this is personal opinion though and obviously has nothing to do with the property itself. Book the trip!!!

Relaxing Weekend

We came to Brevard to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. My husband found this Tiny house and it was perfect. Very Clean, beautiful view close to town and Hot Tub was awesome. We needed a relaxing getaway and that’s exactly what we got! Would definitely return!

Nice Little Getaway

We are often fly fishing with our friends at Headwaters Outfitters and they are literally just right down the road. That made this location ideal. The hot tub under the night stars made it even more special. Our dog loved the morning walks and was not quite sure about the big black Angus dogs, but they definitely peeked her curiousity. This was my first stay in a tiny home and I can't wait to come back.

Amazing Views and Property

"Holiday Hill" is an absolute dream stay! The hosts were super sweet, and easy to get in touch with when we needed upon arrival. The house/property was exactly as advertised, I'd venture to say even better than advertised! The pictures of the view from this property do not do it justice, it is magnificent. Also, not to far from some pretty nice hiking trails/waterfalls as well as town or local grocery store. We stayed for the weekend with a wedding in Pretty Place and were only 30min from the Chapel. Overall, great experience - we will definitely be returning!
