"There is what seems to be an industrial park behind the hotel. There were rats outside everywhere, and one night someone was having a high party in the parking lot across the street. The air conditioner in the room was just leaking water out of the bottom and there were stains on the wall like it had been like this for a long time."

"It’s nice for what it is and the price — the building isn’t nasty or even dirty per say but it’s a little worn and used to say the least… for example the lights in the bathroom would flicker if you used the hairdryer, the tub would fill up a bit while you are in the shower and then overall the inside of the hotel just looks a little run down and in need of some slight maintenance in certain spots... just some small things like that, but what else would you expect from a hotel that’s been around...
