"Came to the Woodlands to visit a sick friend in the hospital there. The property manager was empathetic and responsive. Allowed us another hour to check out due to storms in the area. Manager is very good to work with. We felt good to have such a nice, comfortable place to stay during an otherwise trying time."

"I wasn’t expecting much given the price, but still managed to be disappointed. Stains on the furniture; floors were swept but still dirty enough that I left dirt footprints in the shower. Sketchy neighborhood. Ricky, spongy exterior staircase. Coffee pot didn’t work. AC unit feet from the bed sounds like a lawnmower. Best thing I can say for it is I only saw one cockroach."

"Clean, modern one-bedroom apartment with large kitchen and generous bathroom with bath-tub. Extremely convenient location on Katy Hwy on west side of Houston. Garage parking with direct access into building. Very polite and helpful property manager. Walking distance to small shopping malls and food chains. Large complex with long hallways, but surprisingly quiet. Pool not open. In sum, a great value near top Memorial neighborhood!!"
