You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 70 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The tasteful furnishings include a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, satellite TV, radio, and a CD player. The living/sleeping room has an exit leading to a balcony. There is one double bedroom and one room with two beds. The apartment features parquet floors throughout.

The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen that has an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a shower/WC and a separate WC. Gas heating is available for your comfort. The balcony is furnished, and there is a box-room for storage. Other amenities include a children's high chair, baby cot, WiFi internet (free), and reserved parking for one car. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, and it is equipped with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.

Schöne große Wohnung aber leider waren die Betten durchgelegen

Wir sind zum 4. Mal in Juliusruh gewesen und schätzen die ruhige Lage dort sehr. Leider hat uns diese Unterkunft nicht so gut gefallen. Der Balkon direkt an der sehr stark befahrenen Straße läd zum Frühstück- und Abendessen aus. Wer auf gemütliche Abende auf dem Balkon Wert legt, sollte diese Wohnung eher meiden. Dafür war die Wohnung größer als erwartet. Für den Preis haben wir jedoch eine bessere Ausstattung erwartet. Die Möbel einschließlich Küche sind abgenutzt und es fehlten Schränke für unsere Kleidung, die wir nicht im Abstellraum legen wollten. Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe…die Matratzen weich und durchgelegen. Den Staubsauger, der nicht funktionierte hat so furchtbar gestunken, dass wir ihn für die 2 Wochen auf den Balkon geparkt haben. Juliusruh ist und bleibt weiterhin unser Lieblingsort, die Wohnung eher nicht.
