A firm favourite with visitors to Onnen Fawr, the hot tub is the perfect way to put your feet up and soak. Open a bottle of wine and enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
​Whether you are looking to arrange a large family retreat or a reunion with a group of friends, the Sycamore Tree Barn provides everything you need. Additionally you can check the availability of the adjoining Ash Tree Cottage to extend your group accommodation to 17.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen / dining room - Fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and 8 ring gas hob. Table and chairs to seat 12 comfortably.

The lounge area included a stunning 12 seater sofa, with wood burning stove within traditional feature fireplace. TV and DVD player.

Second lounge / reading area with own TV and comfy sofas. An ideal children's area or perfect for adults to escape to, and enjoy some peace and quiet.

There is also a utility room with sink, washing machine, and WC with large shower.

Upstairs bedrooms include, bedroom 1, a king size bed and single bed, TV and dressing table. Steps lead into the large en-suite with bath, separate shower unit and WC.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and double bed with TV. (In addition their own entrances bedrooms 2 and 3 have a lockable inter-connecting door). Bedroom 3 also has a king size bed and TV. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and TV.

In the master bathroom there is a bath with shower over bath, sink and WC.

The private patio outside the barn has a large hot tub and significant lawn areas, perfect for games. Plenty of seating for all guests for outdoor dining using the built in charcoal bbq.
The hot tub is available for private use and is the perfect end to an adventurous or casual day out exploring the Brecon Beacons. Children under the age of 16 years and pregnant ladies are not permitted to use the hot tub. Please refer to the safety guidelines available in the house before using the facilities if you are unsure. Please note that we empty, clean and refill all hot tubs after every stay, therefore your hot tub may take up to 12 hours to reach the required temperature.
Many further acres of the farm can be explored and include fishing rights on the River Crai.

Sycamore Tree Barn can be booked together with Ash Tree Cottage (sleeps 6) and Onnen Fawr Farmhouse (sleeps 8) to sleep up to 25.
A cot and highchair are available for guest use in this property. Please bring your own cot blankets as these are not provided as standard.
