- 3 bedroom/3 bathroom top floor condo near downtown and the base of Peak 9 accessible on foot. 1400sqft on 1 level features a full kitchen, gas fireplace and dining area. Vaulted ceilings throughout. Private balcony with table and chair and mountain views. All bedrooms have their own attached bath. In-unit laundry. Detached 1 car heated garage. Access to outdoor pool/hot tubs, gym, steam room. New hardwood floors/counters and stone fireplace. Near the troll and a playground!
The space

• Dining area with 6 chairs
• Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal plus breakfast bar with 4 barstools
• Balcony with table and chairs.
• In-unit washer/dryer.
Bedrooms:
• Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom with shower, separate tub and double vanity.
• Second bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• Third bedroom with bunk bed plus trundle (twin on top, full on bottom, twin pull-out trundle underneath), TV and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Building and Amenities:
• Detached one car heated garage.
• 2 onsite outdoor hot tubs.
• Access to Main Street Station amenities: Large outdoor heated pool*, seven hot tubs, fitness center and steam room. *The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment starting May 11th, 2026. Lasting roughly six weeks. During this time, owners and guests are able to stop by the front desk to check out a key for use of the pool at our neighboring property, the Village at Breck.
• Fitness center for all of your workout needs, a steam room and 3 additional outdoor hot tubs.
• Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9). They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season.
Location:
• Located on Main Street and only a short walk to shops and restaurants in La Cima Mall.
• Across the street from the Ice Rink and Train Playground Park, great for kids in the summer an winter.
• Walk from the condo to the Troll Trail to see the famous Isak Heartstone wooden troll created by a Danish artist.
• Carter Park free sledding hill is just a couple blocks away and walkable.
• Ski slope access: The closest lift to this property is the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of Peak 9*, in the Village, about a 10-15 minute walk. The other option is to take the bus that stops directly in front of the unit and take it two stops. It'll stop across the street from the Village and it is just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift from there. The bus will also continue on to the Gondola which goes to the base of Peak 7 and 8. *Quicksilver Lift and/or Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.

Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Additional cars may be parked across the street at the Ice Rink Lot (paid overnight parking). Oversize vehicles must park at the Airport Road overnight pay lot.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

• We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.

Other things to note
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
» Maximum occupancy (8) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
This property is managed by Breckenridge Lodging Company, a small, locally run property management company.
