    • Please download the Village at Breckenridge app before arrival. You’ll use it to access the condo, parking, and all complex amenities.

    • This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

    • There is an elevator within the building. The building elevator is operated and maintained by the building management, not by us as hosts. While it’s typically available, please note that any maintenance or outages are outside of our control. In Case of emergency kindly use the stairs.

    • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

This is a beautiful condo. We had a great time and the location was wonderful for our 11 year old to get to her ski lesson. Also very responsive owners. We would stay there again.

Condo is in the best location for skiing and walking to town. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Access to pool and ski school through the parking garage was very convenient.

We had a great time, the condo was very well-kept and clean. Great location and close to Main Street for the restaurants and shops. Can't wait to go back!

Lovely, comfortable home. However could not figure out heat control with one room warm and another cool. Also heat related, getting hot water into the shower was at times a reasonable wait and others very long.

The property was very clean and felt it was accurately represented in the listing. Would definitely stay here again. The proximity to chairlift is unbeatable.

My wife and I just needed a cozy, well maintained and stocked condo for a summer week that would accommodate my daughter and boyfriend for only two of the days...and this was the perfect set up. Location is perfect for walking the town and a nice stroll thru town to get to the gondola to go up the mountain. We will definitely consider this property for a similar trip back to Breck!

Great location. Kids loved walking to the pool and hot tubs. Room was close for kids 10yo to easily walk to the lift/bunny slopes.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was located in a perfect spot for activities, shopping, and eating. The amenities were exactly as described. Would stay here again.

Awesome Location…Perfect for Couples

The location of this condo is perfect. Only steps from the slopes and a very short walk to all of the fun things to see and do in Breckenridge. We will try and stay here on our next trip back to Breck.

Fantastic location

Overall we would stay at this location again. Great location, very spacious unit. Had a slight issue with cleanliness of the sleeper sofa, but management was quick to respond and it will be corrected for the next guests. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Location and condo was terrific

The condo was exactly was represented on the site. You can beat its location to the lift and going into the town of Breck. Our family will definitely stay here again.
