Summary:

Welcome to your home base in Breckenridge. This townhouse sleeps up to 8 and puts you near downtown, with ski-in/ski-out access to Peak 9 and resort-style amenities.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse with an easygoing, mountain-forward vibe. The living area offers space to relax after the slopes, plus a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. Step out from the primary bedroom onto the wraparound balcony and take in the alpine air and mountain views. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy convenient access to on-site community amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, and game room with a pool table. If you’re bringing a car, limited paid garage parking may be available (see Important Things to Note for details). Entry, parking, and amenity access are all managed through the Village at Breckenridge app.

• Bedroom 1: King bed, sleeps 2. Direct access to a wraparound balcony.

• Living Room: Sleeper sofa for additional guests.

• Bathroom 1: Hall bath with stand-up, custom-tile shower.



Important Things to Note

• Max occupancy is inclusive of adults, children, and infants.

• App-based entry: Please download the Village at Breckenridge app before arrival. You’ll use it to access the condo, parking, and all complex amenities.

• Parking: Parking is very limited and not guaranteed. If available, we can offer a maximum of one paid garage spot. A team member will reach out within 24 hours of booking to confirm availability. If parking is unavailable or you decide not to use it, we’ll refund the parking fee within 24 hours of your check-in.

• Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Stairs / Elevator: There is an elevator within the building. The building elevator is operated and maintained by the building management, not by us as hosts. While it’s typically available, please note that any maintenance or outages are outside of our control. In Case of emergency kindly use the stairs.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: Many local highlights are nearby—Maggie Pond, Blue River Plaza/Riverwalk, the Peak 9 base area, Carter Park & Pavilion, Stephen C. West Ice Arena, High Line Railroad Park & Playground, the BreckConnect Gondola, and Sawmill Reservoir trailhead are all within about a 5-minute drive, traffic and season permitting.

My wife and I just needed a cozy, well maintained and stocked condo for a summer week that would accommodate my daughter and boyfriend for only two of the days...and this was the perfect set up. Location is perfect for walking the town and a nice stroll thru town to get to the gondola to go up the mountain. We will definitely consider this property for a similar trip back to Breck!

We stay in Breckenridge several times per year and we loved this property. The condo is quiet, well laid out, and clean. It is close to downtown, Maggie's pond, multiple restaurants and the hiking and biking areas. It is perfect for a couple's weekend. My only suggestion would be to edit the instructions sent to guests and specify the parking garage, it did not list the name or address, and we used Maps to try to get to the address listed for the condo, and with a vehicle, that does not get you where you need to be. Also ensure access is granted on the App before the guest arrives. We had to text for access, the code was not working in the app. Additionally, we got into the elevator and realized there was no unit number for our condo on any of the communication, so we had to text again. We had about a 30-45 minute delay due to these issues. Not the end of the world, but for someone traveling with little kids or trying to meet a timeline for a reservation, this could be an issue. I think these are easy to remedy items and am only mentioning because we were not the only ones who had the same issues that weekend. Would simply suggest a few communication changes to help future reservations and travelers. :)

Spring Break 2025

This property is beautiful and roomy. It is very close to the Quick Silver lift and Ski School. The downtown area is very close, maybe two blocks away. The amenities are very nice and convenient to the room location. We never had any issue getting a parking space in our building are either. It was perfect for our group!

Property was as about as close as you can get to the slopes. Also extremely close to Main Street.Had a small issue figuring out how to check in on the app but the management team was very attentive and offered immediate help via text.Ran into a problem with the toilet that I was able to resolve myself, but the management team was quick to reach out and send a repair man out ASAP.Nice property, nice location and attentive management team. Would rent again.

Convenience & Room

Short stay for our family of 4 with two boys, teen and preteen. Big enough to give everyone room! Perfect location for slopes and dining! Game room and pool/hot tubs great after a day of skiing. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be to add some common spices to the kitchen.

Fantastic location

Overall we would stay at this location again. Great location, very spacious unit. Had a slight issue with cleanliness of the sleeper sofa, but management was quick to respond and it will be corrected for the next guests. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We didn't stay. The owner of the property pulled it out of the VRBO system just before we were to arrive. The management company offered us 2 options. Get a full refund or stay at another property. We did not like the location (too far from downtown) so we asked for, and promptly received, a refund. In order to submit this I had to fill in the sections above even though they didn't apply. Disregard the 1 stars.

Awesome Location…Perfect for Couples

The location of this condo is perfect. Only steps from the slopes and a very short walk to all of the fun things to see and do in Breckenridge. We will try and stay here on our next trip back to Breck.

Location is superb. Check in procedure was the worst I have ever encountered. Lockbox is not used for the check-in. Was not told of this until after 4 o’clock. They would not let us check in 30 minutes early on the coldest day of the year.
