The ultimate gathering home for family and friends. "The Comfort Cabin". It is incredibly peaceful and very comfortable. 25+ 5-star reviews.

4600 sq. ft. home. New hot tub, huge rooms, 4 bedroom + large loft, 3 bathrooms, HD TV's, great kitchen set up. Comfortable linens, very fast WiFi, slab granite counters, cherry cabinets, all expected executive class amenities, and everything you need to make amazing memories.

Only 3-5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge, chair lifts, and the ice rink but it is in a secluded setting/area on a large lot. Tons of nearby hiking and biking trails. Large and fun sledding hill at nearby Carter Park.

Beautiful views spanning the entire range from Peak 8 to Quandary including the ski resort. The Blue River is in the back yard. Regularly see wild life! Endless things to do inside and out for all ages.

Inside: Spacious comfortable gathering areas. Large lower level area with games for kids and adults, large bedrooms, very high speed internet. High end sound system throughout.

Upper level - Huge primary bedroom with king bed with bath, loft with desk (with great views), sitting area, and Murphy bed.

Main floor - One bedroom with queen, full bath. Large open area with incredible views. Kitchen, dining, kitchen bar w TV, and large seating area with TV, and a warm gas fireplace. Tons of board games. Small 4 place table for the little ones. It is an amazing gathering space.

Lower level - 2 bedrooms (1 king room, 1 bunk room with 6 beds), 1 full bath. Large area with pool table, ping pong table, golden tee video game, Foosball, super chexx hockey, gas fireplace, TV with surround sound, and more.

Outside: Lower level walkout to Hot tub with the most incredible views, surroundings, and the Blue River, beautiful paver stone patio with comfortable seating and fire table. Main floor sun deck with grill and seating to take in the river and the views. Horseshoe pits, swing set, and trampoline with safety net.

Around the area: We know the area well. Rent with us and we will share a list of 30+ ideas and links for restaurants, unique experiences, and happy to talk about suggestions for your specific group.

We are not a rental company, this is our home:) We love spending time here any chance we have. This house is loved and is provided much pampering. We do not rent very often but it is our delight to share our home when the timing works and there is a mutually beneficial fit.

Professionally cleaned. Large driveway, the snow is plowed regularly, and has easy year round access.

Went there for the fly fishing and we were not disappointed! Beautiful big sunny house that everyone enjoyed! Caught big browns, rainbows, and a big brook trout! Beautiful stretch of private access water with large fish that don’t see a ton of pressure. Would also be a great house for skiing - just down the road from the lifts. Will be back for sure.

Amazing for all!

We utilized this house for Christmas and it was amazing! We had 2 60, 4 30yo and 2 kiddos and there was still more room to grow! The hot tub was amazing and the neighborhood is quiet enough to walk down to the dam on the side of the road. So many games available on those snowy days and close enough to the slopes and town to get out and explore! Love the quiet area but close proximity to town. Highly recommend!

Loved this cabin!

My family of 6 had a GREAT time at "Camp Nies". The accommodations were fantastic, the hot tub felt wonderful, and the view was amazing. We all enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, foosball, and SuperChexx hockey. Can't wait to return!

Breck’s hidden Gem

I couldn’t think of a better place to spend New Year’s than this house that had something for everybody. The downstairs game room was a hit with us all. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for 9 rooms. The host Jon was super responsive. Hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Yard located on the river, can’t wait to go back in the summer and see it!!!

Breckenridge

We had a wonderful stay. The property had everything they advertised. It was amazingly cool weather and we loved the gas fireplace outside as well as a fire pit. The stars were amazing. The only thing missing was a closet to hang up clothes but we adjusted to that. We also has a deer in the yard every day. P.S. if you are handicapped you will not be able to make it down to the river but you can hear it and see it.

Jaw dropping stay at Breckenridge

House is wonderful, entertaining and has everything we could imagine. Location is about 1 mile from Base 9. Easy to hop in and out of town. Teenagers and 7 year old loved the basement or "game room". Property owner was super nice, communicated quickly. Couldn't have asked for more.

Great location in the mountains for a ski getaway. The house has everything needed. Plenty of room for our party of 8. The hot tub and game room were great for after mountain activities. The owner was easily reached and helped with the only minor issue we encountered. Would stay again

Family ski trip

What a great home! Beautiful, large windows frame a gorgeous view on the main level. The living area was large enough for our entire family. We had 10 adults and 3 kids on the trip and there was enough room for us all. Our group loved the table tennis/billiard table as well as the hockey and golden tee machine. We also loved the hot tub. The location for us was perfect. We had to drive into town. I did not feel like we could have walked as there are no sidewalks on the main road. We were 3 mins away from town and skiing. Jon was great and very accommodating. Overall, our stay was great.

Great Breckinridge Vacation Home

We had a great time at Camp Nies! A group of Dads and sons had an awesome ski weekend. The house had everything we needed and kids loved the game room and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Amazing

We had a great experience at the cabin. We actually even had our elopement there which was beautiful with the scenery. The place was great the cleaning crew took a little longer then expected to clean but it didn't infer with anything. The kids had an amazing time in the game room and playing with the snow. We spent Christmas there and it was nice waking up to a white Christmas 🎄. I wish the cabin would've had a Christmas tree but other than that everything we needed was there and its not far from the grocery market. I definitely recommend this place for a nice relaxing homey feel.

Great Mountain House

This was everyone is my groups first time to Breckenridge, and could not have asked for a better place. Plenty of room, incredible kitchen / appliances, and the best part for my group was the basement with every game imaginable. Would definitely recommend this house to any large group looking for a fantastic time at a place that feels like home by the end of the trip.

Warm, Cozy and Convenient

We stayed at Camp Nie over spring break and loved it! The house was a convenient one mile from Peak 9 and the town. We had non skiers with us so the drop off and pick up was very easy. The home has 3 levels with the bottom/basement one being a kids paradise with pool table and other great games. The master is on the top level with a side office room with a Murphy bed. Plenty of space and all beds are super comfortable!! The kitchen has everything to prepare meals at home. We didn’t get to use the spa or grill as it was piled high with snow. We are looking forward to coming back in the summer. Our highlight was seeing a moose laying down in the back yard! Very cool! The house isn’t super luxury as in some of the homes for rent at higher prices but it is very nice, spacious, comfortable and kid friendly. Jon the owner was super helpful throughout the booking process and stay. All good!!

Fantastic property and stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better home. We used every level of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. Jon was very accommodating and responsive with any questions we had and gave us a number of suggestions to make our stay enjoyable. The home was only a few minutes away from drop off points for lessons and skiing. The property was so great that we had a couple of moose show up and they hung around all day. Great views & location!

This home has wonderful views and has great proximity to the town. Very kid-friendly with toys, toddler beds, bunk beds, kid dishes, kid tables, arcade games. Plenty of kitchen dinnerware. Comfortably sleeps number as advertised. Owner is very nice and responsive. Would be great house for any time of year.
