- Welcome to your Breckenridge mountain getaway! This spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is ideally located just a short walk to the Snowflake Ski Lift and the heart of Breckenridge, where you’ll find fantastic restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and year-round special events. Guests also have convenient access to the free Gondola connecting to Peaks 7 & 8 and the free Summit Stage bus, making it easy to explore Breckenridge without worrying about parking.
The three-level condo offers plenty of room to relax and spread out, with a spacious main living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a private deck featuring a hot tub—perfect for soaking under the mountain stars after a day on the slopes. The entry level includes a convenient heated one-car garage, providing a snow-free place for your vehicle as well as storage for skis, bikes, and other outdoor gear, plus one additional parking space in the driveway. With its combination of location, comfort, parking, and private outdoor amenities, this condo is a wonderful home base for your Breckenridge adventure. You will also have access to the Upper Village Pool (apx half a mile from the home) during your stay.
Please note: The pool and hot tubs are closed during off seasons (typically mid-April up to Memorial weekend and again typically after Labor Day through the slopes opening) for maintenance. Please reach out to us if you want to confirm if they are open or not before booking during those times.
