  • Este condominio es realmente espectacular! Ubicado en el lugar donde Breckenridge se encuentra con las montañas, este maravilloso sitio de propiedad se encuentra directamente en el área base del Pico 9 junto al telesilla Beaver Run. Beaver Run también está convenientemente ubicado a menos de una cuadra de las principales tiendas, restaurantes y bares que el centro de Breckenridge tiene para ofrecer. ¡Los huéspedes que buscan quedarse en el corazón de toda la actividad durante todo el año deben alojarse en este condominio!



    Esta espaciosa suite en condominio es perfecta para la diversión durante todo el año. En invierno, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del esquí, el acceso fácil a la escuela de esquí, el snowboard, los trineos tirados por perros, las motos de nieve, el esquí de fondo y mucho más. En el verano, los huéspedes pueden ir a nadar, montar en bicicleta, pescar, jugar al golf, montar a caballo, hacer rafting y mucho más.



    En el interior, los huéspedes tienen mucho espacio para relajarse en la amplia sala de estar frente al televisor de pantalla plana de la unidad y la chimenea de leña. Las vistas desde la sala de estar son imposibles de superar! Mira afuera para ver la montaña justo por la parte de atrás. La cocina ofrece una cantidad perfecta de espacio en el mostrador que está equipado con todos los principales electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina. La habitación premium del spa es preciosa y cuenta con un jacuzzi con hidromasaje independiente.



    En términos de ubicación, es casi imposible superar la ubicación de Beaver Run en Breckenridge. El complejo es conocido por su ubicación privilegiada y por ser una verdadera propiedad de ski-in / ski-out. Room was clean but is outdated. Pool was closed for two days which was tough with the kids but good thing they had two pools.

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of this unit. Building 4 - a true Ski in/Ski out. The rental comes with a free locker (key in room) to store your skis, boards… whatever. Right outside of the locker room you can ski out to the restaurants and lifts. My husband and I would stay here again! So many hot tubs to choose from. We chose the bigger one and got to make friends.

Beaver Run Ski Trip

Truely a ski in/ski out property. Good storage on ground level for skis. Great amenities and close to lots of restaurants etc.

Great location very convenient and clean.

Property is centrally located and was very clean and perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend updating the beds/mattress, pillows and bedding.

Great price but dated

One bedroom sweet was okay very dated decor beds a little old hot water did not work well only could use the shower did not have anything to start the fireplace with. However location was amazing a true ski in ski out place.

Great location, the room was cozy. You can call the concierge for assistance if needed. The room is a little dated and the sofa needs to be replaced; otherwise, great stay.

Great location, just dated decor.

The best ski-in ski-out place for Breckenridge, thou decor, lighting and appliances like a better coffee maker and some type of venting for the cooktop would be nice. Could not use tub because hot water was very limited and water flow was very slow. But we really enjoyed our stay so much.

Great Location

Great location; dated property (both the unit and overall resort); property like a 3 star hotel overall; cleanliness could be better (found wooden comb in radiator, random hairs and stains on bedding). I'm a discerning critic though; overall my conclusion is the property is a good value giving the location and I would book again.

Great for resort style ski and ski out

Super convenient location with skiing and ski out. That is the biggest draw for me when traveling for skiing. The resort is large and has many amenities in restaurants and stores, etc. etc. the unit could use a few updates and someone to follow behind a cleaning service to make sure they do their job.. The front desk was a little clueless on the best way to get from there to the room without having a whole luggage up and downstairs.

Prime location !

Property was exactly as advertised, 90’s ski lodge vibe which was what we were looking for, wood burning fireplace was awesome, plus the unexpected convenience of having wood delivered to the room was amazing! excellent location!! My only complaint is that more initial toiletries could have been stocked, started out with half a roll of TP, we were there for 5 days and had to buy more. Also, the shower had only scalding hot water which was fine with the jacuzzi tub there to use instead. Was nervous about the bed comfort level after reading the reviews, but it was fine. Overall, we had a great stay and would def recommend!

Location is great

We have stayed in other 1 bedroom unit at Beaver Run, this one was smaller and the layout a bit odd... the bathroom/jacuzzi faced the kitchen. One thing I recommend, it would a small investment but greatly appreciated if plates/glasses would be replanished. Not enought and all mismatched pieces. The location could not have been better, it is a great advantage to be on the building 4.

Location is good to ski peak 9. Strong odor in the halls seeping into the room. Smelt musty and both My son and I developed a strong allergic reaction. Was worse in the bedroom so we ended up sleeping on an inflable mattress on the living room floor. I would not recommend this place until these issues are addressed.

Great Location/ Needs some TLC.

Perfect location for Ski in/out convenience. Overall a very good experience. But .......could be realy great with some care and updates. Sofa bed is not up to standard expected. Mattress and Topper need urgent replacement. Many lamps have old bulbs. Weak lighting. Need new stronger LED bulbs. Some electric wall sockets are loose. One in particular is DANGEROUS. Little things make a difference.

Beaver Run 4308 was really good for us

Building 4’s location that this unit is in with ski lockers right off the trail to Beaver lift were great! Rental shop was just down the hill so pickup and return was convenient. So easy to get up and be on the lifts in under an hour. Patio faces the mountain so it’s quiet but since it faces west the unit heats up in the afternoon when done skiing for the day. Just opened the patio doors and we were fine though. Beds were fine and condo had everything we needed. The resort has everything too including plenty of shuttle service around town. The only thing (and this seems to be Beaver Run complex wide) is the hot water lines are a bit weird. We had friends staying in other units managed by other companies and they experienced the same thing. For some reason the hot water pressure is less than half that of cold water. Showering was fine though but be careful because the hot water is super hot and it’s a fine line to turn it towards cold and get it warm. We figured it out eventually though. Did not affect our stay. It’s a true ski in ski out complex!

Resort is great (location is fabulous, shuttles are fantastic!!), but this unit is in serious need of upkeep and updating. -Bed is extremely uncomfortable, linens are low quality, and pillows are flat. There are two cheap comforters, no blankets. We requested blankets and pillows with some fluff - after some back and forth, housekeeping brought two of each (for 4 registered guests). -No hand soap in bathroom; when I requested such, I was told I could come pick it up at their office. I declined and they did have it delivered 5 hours later. -Pots and pans are scratched - dangerous for teflon coated pans. Not enough plates/utensils/glasses. Only two glass drinking glasses - kids were drinking water out of wine glasses. No oil or cooking spray, salt/pepper only. -No containers, wrap, or plastic bags to store food. No cookie sheet; requested on our last full day - no response. -Listing says washer/dryer, but it is not in unit. I was told there were community ones on the first floor. -Carpets are dirty, need replaced. The couch is stained and has extensive fading. The pillows are stained and shed down feathers everywhere. -Light in the kitchen is broken in several spots and has little dead bugs on it. -Lock to the sliding glass door is broken; wooden stick is provided.-Fan in the bathroom goes on with light. It is extremely loud - easy to update.-Popcorn ceiling, wallpaper peeling in places. Dust bunnies on ceiling; overall, a deed clean is really needed.

Change Out Your Beds!!!

The room is decent. A bit outdated, but I like that it's a 2 minute walk to peak 8. Everything is okay, but you guys have to change out the bed and sofa bed!!! It's so old, stiff and uncomfortable. Like you're sleeping on brick in the master bed and the sofa bed in the living room sinks right under. We had to put an extra mattress pad on the sofa bed that was provide in the closet with extra blankets. And please wash all your extra sheets and blanket in that closet. It smelled like mildew.

Great location, but....

The location is perfect but the unit’s furnishings are extremely dated and many of the dishes in kitchen were not clean. It is listed as sleeping 4, however the pullout sofa is horrible! Had to pull extremely thin mattress off of pullout and place directly on floor, not acceptable when advertised as “sleeping 4”. Also, the cleanliness of the blankets for the sleeper sofa was questionable.🤷🏼‍♀️ The location of Beaver Run makes this a more expensive choice but you are not getting what you pay for with the actual accommodations of the unit. Location amazing, unit not so much.
