Updated 4 Bed/3.5 Bath Eagles View Townhome located in Warrior's Mark just off Peak 9/10. Situated on mountain biking and hiking Trails. SKI IN / SKI OUT (see below details) to Peak 9 Breckenridge! Sleeps 8-10 has an open concept layout with updates throughout. 6 person Private HOT TUB.

Plenty of parking for 2-3 cars and attached one car GARAGE. Very Large, Private, SUNNY DECK with Gas Grill.

On Burro Trail with Cross Country skiing, Back Country skiing, Snow Shoeing, Mountain Biking, and Hiking access right out the door! Burro Trail connects to the 10th Mountain Division Hut Trail system. Forest and large parking area ideal for young kids to play and bike.

Winter shuttle service at entrance to complex goes to base of Peak 9 and/or connects to Breckenridge Free Ride service.

Ski In / Ski Out Details: Enjoy Ski In / Ski Out convenience in Breckenridge (and 15-20 minute drive to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper). A few minutes Ski/Board through forest/trees to a Green Run to the base of Peak 9 (Quicksilver 6 chair high speed lift). Ski back to Townhome involves Blue/Black and Intermediate/Advanced skiing in the forest/trees -OR- Green/Blue Beginner skiing with a 200 yard hike; Ski in/out is dependent on Peak 9 Lifts being open/running. Owners and guests enjoy the ski in/out. Email owner for further Ski In/Out details or questions. Peak 9 Base / Village Center / Main Street Station houses Ski School, Kids Ski School, and boasts some of the most gorgeous views of the ski area and the surrounding peaks.

Features a large private back deck/small yard with Hot Tub, and sunny side deck with Gas Grill, making it a perfect place to entertain and enjoy time with friends and family. Cozy up to the Gas Fireplace in the living room and enjoy the great views of the Mountains out the Picture window. Watch your favorite show on the 46" flat screen TV with Cable / Blu Ray player. Enjoy your favorite Music using a Blue Tooth enabled device into the Smart sound bar in Living and Blu Ray devices in bedrooms.

Kitchen has all new stainless appliances and provides all necessary cooking items and plates, cups and utensils for 10+. Dining table seats 6 with room for 4 more at adjacent kitchen island.

Full size Washer/Dryer in Laundry room on main level. WIFI provided. Flat screen TVs throughout with a 46" in Living Area.

KID FRIENDLY - Comes with a Pack-and-Play crib and portable High Chair/Booster. Toys and Games provided. Stream and bridge are a short 400 yard hike and large parking area ideal for young kids to bike.

Please note there are beds for 9 people and the 10th can sleep on the very comfortable sofa (not a pullout).

Main Living Room has an extremely comfortable sofa that could accommodate 1 person (not pullout). 1/2 Bath also located on Main level.

Downstairs Bedroom - another Master with King Bed and new 3/4 Bath.

GREAT LOCATION - A short 5 minute drive to shop at the heart Breckenridge and enjoy Breckenridge restaurants and night-life! Walk to downtown in summer time. Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop is at the bottom of the hill about 3/10 of a mile away.

Keystone, Arapahoe Basin (A-basin) just 20 minutes away! Copper about 20 minutes drive. Vail about 40 minute drive.

Great place. Would stay there again for sure!Only negatives:The heat on the main living room floor took a day to sort out and get nice and warm.Had to call to get the final check in instructions (I think the property manager just typoed the email to send to).But despite those two small things, it's a wonderful spot with a great view and shuttle access was perfect.

The main floor with the kitchen and living room was very spacious. Bedrooms are very nice and it has a garage which is pretty sweet. Hot tub was very very nice during the evenings.It is a super short walk to the free shuttle pick up, which was very convenient and dropped you off about 50 to 70 yards from one of the main lifts. So that was very nice.The host/management company was very communicative.

I picked this condo for its location and mainly because it supplied a pack n play and high chair seat for our toddler. Everyone else you had to rent them. They also supplied lots of things I normally have to buy at other rentals (coffee filters, spices, sugar, clothes washing liquid etc). They view from every window is absolutely amazing! We loved every minute of our stay and would rent again!

We loved our stay, the creek down by our cabin was a perfect adventure for the littles -- they loved throwing rocks into the creek. We had everything we needed, they had a booster seat and pack & play. We loved the hot tub and the sunsets were beautiful. We saw three moose, short drive to town. Made dinner one night in the condo and breakfast every morning. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer and dryer was nice too!Thank you -- our stay was AWESOME!

Great views and ski in/out option

This was our second stay at this location. The space was great for our family. The views are beautiful. For better skiers it is good to ski out but harder to ski in. Great for large group of people!

A very sad trip

My wife and I were traveling with our sibling in-laws and were looking forward to a wonderful ski in and ski out experience. It was soon to turn into a very sad time. The property had not been cleaned at all after the last guests, so we had to sleep on dirty beds with blankets on top. Then, the cleaning crew arrived the NEXT day. My wife had taken off her Christmas present from me when she went to sleep but it went missing when the cleaning crew left. After consulting the police, the diamond pendant and chain were returned by the crew but returned mangled and broken. We spent a considerable amount of time dealing with the state of the condo and my wife's broken Christmas present. As a result, were were offered a token compensation for events that considerably affected our stay. I am currently speaking with a lawyer in the hopes we can recoup some of the loss but it's terrible that we must resort to this. I was told by the property rep that she was, "all tapped out." As are we since we paid thousands of dollars to have all this happen to us. Please beware when looking at this property.

Beautiful view from family room

Pro's- quick responses to questions from owner, views from family room are terrific, ski in for advanced skier's, ski out for everyone, private hot tub, shuttle back to townhome, garage to store skis, digital access Con's- a bit tired and dated overall... furniture/clothes dryer/cookware, especially cooking pans/baking sheets, could all use replaced. Kept heat on very low (60) but the upstairs bedrooms still always got too warm at night, nowhere to put suitcases except on the floor... could use 2 foldable luggage racks per room since each room can sleep 2 people.

Breckenridge Townhouse

Beautiful space! Beautiful view! Accommodated our group well. Great location. It would have been helpful if all bedrooms and living room had screens . The refrigerator does not shut tightly. Dishware and pots/pans need replaced. We appreciated the pump soaps, toilet paper and paper towels that were supplied. We would stay here again.

Great location

Was easy to ski out to a green slope from the property. We did not try the ski in but there is that option as well. The views from this property are amazing and the garage was a definite bonus since we had so much snow while we were there. Hot tub was also awesome. Kitchen was well stocked and also some condiments and spices available. Only recommendation would be to consider updating dryer and washer- both worked but are pretty worn.

Better than the Pictures Convey

Excellent property. Ski in and out through the woods is not an issue for any intermediate skier. Property views are stunning and the property itself is better in person than in pictures. There was a small issue with the circuit breaker tripping when the heated floor in the upstairs bathroom was being used, but it was such a small issue we didn't bother to mention it. I am sure that the owner will see this and correct the problem as they were excellent and flexible with us. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Breck getaway

This property is awesome and the owners don’t do it justice with their listing. Very clean with all the amenities that you could possibly need. The unit is ski in ski out which we didn’t use but it gave us incredible views. The scenery around the property is stunning. We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great place to stay in Breck!

We had a great stay here! The beds were comfy and the layout was great for our group. The pictures online don't do justice to the great views and the amount of natural light you get. It's a townhouse, but it feels very much like a house off on its own. We didn't use the ski out run since the run it deposited you into was closed, but the shuttle was just across the street and a very easy drop off to Peak 9. The hot tub was easy access from the deck and perfect for 4, though you could probably fit 6. I've never stayed at a vrbo that stocked the kitchen and bathrooms so well - there was coffee, all kinds of condiments in the cabinets, and even pancake mix. The bathrooms all had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Plenty of blankets and pillows as well. Would 100% stay here again.

Convenient & Cozy home in Breckenridge

Very convenient townhome near the heart of Breckenridge. The Ski in / Ski out is very convenient and just in the backyard of the property. Would definitely go again as my group felt very comfortable staying at this place with enough room for everyone.

Best Views In Breck

We had a great week in Breck and the house was one of the reasons. I truly believe the views from the house are some of the best in the area. House had everything we needed and more including a fox that came by every evening and a moose!
