LOCATION – Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O'clock area next to the Snowflake Lift and Blue Sky Lodge. Blue Sky Lodge has a lift ticket window to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar and small ski rental shop for ski and snowboard rentals. This property has quick access to the heart of town and to the base of Peak 9. Guests can enjoy the free in-town shuttle with the stop directly across the street at the base of the Snowflake Lift.

COMPLEX AMENITIES – Building amenities include secure underground heated parking, elevator access, fitness room, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna/steam room, shared gas grills, a comfortable lobby to relax and meet guests and private secure ski storage locker.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – Heated parking garage with 1 space available
• AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation

Not worth the price

Too expensive for what it is. Not clean at all!!SmallYou enter directly in the so called bedroomVery small kitchen that doesn’t work well. 2 electric ranges from 1970 and only one working.Very small refrigerator with not enough space.No space for grocery shopping No space for clothes.TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.only good point, is that it you have snowflake log chair at the building door but when come back you have some flat portion of the trail then not the most convenient.

Convenient Ski in ski out

Loved the location. Interior was not listed accurately. This was a studio / hotel style room. The rooms were really separated by a short hall way, no door. There was no kitchen, rather a mini fridge, small bar sink.

Great location - in need of updates

We have stayed in other units in the Tyra Riverbend property before and love the location - great access to lift, easy ski home and walk to town - but this was the worst unit by a few measures. First, the bedding, sheets and blankets, for the main queen bed and the pullout couch were old, had holes and generally was not anything that should be part of a guest rental. The carpet was well worn and felt unclean. The kitchen was missing cabinet doors. The only compliment I can give is that it had nice towels.

Perfect week ski on ski off rental

This Four O’Clock property was absolutely perfect for a week ski trip with three adults. The property was clean neat and had more then the basics to make the stay perfect. The check in process was extremely easy. We utilized the ski locker every day to store our equipment. The snowflake lift is right out the back door of the property which made it easy everyday to hit the slopes. 3/5 min ride to downtown or a short walk. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient ski on ski off property.

Parking pass.

My overall rating would have been four stars except for the parking pass. I didn’t learn about the hundred dollar late parking pass return fee until I started to leave the unit. The fee is not mentioned any place except on the parking pass which I had not read until I started to vacate the unit. After I was already two or three hours away I did get an email concerning the fee but that was a little late to return it. It might be noted that I did leave the day before the checkout time.

Great Location

The room was not up to par. The sofa bed was horrible and not in sleeping conditions. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working , so at night it became hot. And are room was not ready until 4:45 pm.

Awesome property and even better location!

My wife and I stayed at this property and enjoyed every bit! The ski in/out was perfect (Snowflake lift is right outside the property). Outdoor hot tub was fantastic after a long day of skiing. The short proximity to main street made it easy to walk or drive (pending weather). We would recommend anyone to stay here and we look forward to staying at this location sometime soon!

A good place to stay in Breckenridge, within walking distance to the main street with all the bars and restaurants, with a small kitchen with everything we needed, parking spot inside the building. Very good communication. Recommended.

Needs actual pics of unit posted, & better cleaning

The property needs maintenance, better cleaning between guests and pics of it on the rental property website. The property pics are all of the condo exterior and shared spaces at the condo, which gave the appearance of a new property. The rental isn’t new at all. The carpet is so old, stained and worn that we didn’t walk barefoot on it. The tile floors were dirty and had popcorn kernels on them as well as sticky stuff. The place needs a thorough dusting too. There was still food in the refrigerator when we arrived. It didn’t give us confidence that any thorough cleaning had been done between guests, especially during this Covid-19 virus situation. Maintenance wise the refrigerator wasn’t cooling when we arrived, only one of the 2 cook top hot plates worked. 2 of the 3 lamps were missing lightbulbs. Maintenance came and replaced the bulbs and sorta fixed the mini refrigerator. With some maintenance and new carpet the place would be much better. The tile surrounds in the bathroom and vanity area are nice. Also, the bathroom situation is strange. Property was listed as a bath and a 1/2. But what it really has are 2 sinks. One sink and a commode on one side of the unit and a sink and tub/shower on the other side of the unit. Actual pics of the unit interior would have made us skip this property. Also, do not stay at this property in July or August. There is only ONE window in the whole condo and it did not let any breeze in. It was too HOT to sleep at night until well after midnight when the 2 fans we were running were finally able to pull in and circulate enough cool night air. Again pics of the actual unit would have allowed to make a better decision. We felt duped by the pics on the internet that only showed the condo exterior and community spaces, which as I said made the unit appear new. Management company said the unit is new to them this summer and they hadn’t yet had time to take pics of the unit itself. Do not believe that at all. Would take 10 mins to photograph the unit. Management is content to dupe people, & collect the income. Would likely be passed over many more times if actual unit pics were posted. I’ll never rent another property that is missing interior pics. I realize the unit could still have aged considerably between the time of pics and rental, but the bathroom/commode and SINGLE window issues wouldn’t have been a surprise The location is great and is walking distance to town and right next to a nice short hiking trail.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was a 5 minute walk to downtown. The rental management company was lights out great. Underground covered parking was a huge plus. We would absolutely stay here again.
