The Retreat is conveniently located off 4 O'Clock Rd.  With a minute's walk in any direction, easily access the Breck Free Ride shuttle for your ventures.  A two minute walk will put you right at Peak 8's Snowflake Lift which also becomes hiking trail access in summer months. Don't worry about solely relying on shuttles and quick ski access; you're also a quick half of a mile, or 10 minute walk, to Breck's thriving Main Street!

*Please be advised that we are not able to give out more than the allowed number of parking permits per reservation, Overnight parking in Breckenridge is limited during the winter season to only the Ice Rink lot located off of Boreas pass road. You are not able to leave your car there continually, so it must be moved each day. This can be very inconvenient. Other options may be to look for overnight parking in other areas of Summit county such as Frisco or Dillon.

The location was perfect for ski in/ski out. The condo was spacious and had enough room for everyone to find solitude if necessary. The kitchen was well-stocked and had all the necessary amenities. The water was hot and we never ran out -- family of 4 adults & 1 teen. No issues were encountered. We had a great vacation and wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.

Great location

The place worked out great for a group of 5 guys. Any more than that and we would have been out of room. The living room is not as big as it looks and the coffee table takes up most the room in there. Kitchen is small but functional. Bathrooms clean, liked the heat lamps in there. Cant beat the location.

Perfect location!

For a week's ski break, this cozy little apartment is all you need. Five minutes walk to Snowflake chairlift and about ten minutes to Main St. We will definitely be returning!

Great Location

Great Location. Great size for 4 adults and 2 kids. Property is super close to town and the Snowflake lift. Kitchen is small but well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. No measuring cup but we managed. Hot tub is a 2-minute drive, and the pool and tubs are great. Pool was open in the winter which was fun for the kids. Place was a little cold at night, but they had plenty of extra blankets for everyone. Would stay here again for sure.

Great condo in a perfect location

We had a great experience staying here. The location is within perfect walking distance to the slopes and to Main Street. The condo was very well equipped with towels, blankets, and cooking utensils. We loved the electric fireplace and the comfortable space. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect Location

1 block to Snowflake lift & 2 blocks to downtown. The condo had everything we needed. I especially appreciate the little things that many properties don't supply (shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, lotion). Condo was clean, very nicely decorated and well supplied.

Great location and great customer service

We enjoyed our stay here but giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because of a few things. Pros: - location - customer service of the property manager with responding and getting things handled. - beds were comfy - kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes - good internet - TVs in all the rooms - warm fireplace Cons: - not enough hot water to even fill the small bath which sucks when a condo will sleep 8-9 but only bathe 1 at a time before running out of water. - got pretty warm upstairs - the fridge was missing parts so made it only hold 1/2 of what it’s capable of. - conditioner bottle was out and so was salt and pepper shaker but the manager got salt and pepper to us the next AM - parking a tad tight and could be an issue if it was crowded - washer and dryers are quarter operated only and the town has a coin shortage so that was a pain in the ass Overall, it was a good condo for our stay. It’s an older property but has recently been redone which was nice. It could use a tad of a deep cleaning on the baseboards, etc but for the cost, it was good.
