This incredible two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury resort property can sleep up to six people and comes with the finest amenities. The kitchen, dining room and living area are set in a comfortable, open layout so your group can easily converse while sitting in different areas of the common living space. You can take in the gorgeous views as you look east across the stunning Continental Divide from the balcony located right off of the living room.

​​​​​​​LOCATION – The name says it all, One Ski Hill Place. This incredible slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year round. Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.

RESORT AMENITIES - At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, a kids' pool with a gradual sloping entry, an outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, a sauna and a steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. Additional comforts include a fitness center, two movie lounges, a game room, heated underground parking (with free valet service), and the best on-mountain après-ski spot in Breckenridge – the T-Bar.

Second time staying here

This is our second time staying in this unit. We came here last year and this year with our kids to ski. The location is amazing for skiing, the unit itself is perfect for us, and the garage parking is amazing. We will probably book it again next year!

Amenities not maintained

This was our second visit to One Ski Hill and it was obvious the property is not being maintained. In our unit, the ice maker was not working, the bottom tray in the dishwasher was broken. The outdoor hot tub was “out of order” for the 5 days we were there, on the last day of our stay, the indoor hot tub was broken. In general, the lobby areas were not clean and the furnishings were worn.

Family Christmas in Breckenridge

We are a family of five with three kids ages 15, 13 and 10. The condo was great! The direct access to the mountain and the ski valet were awesome. It gave us easy access to the mountain, while our teenagers could to get out and ski anytime they wanted. We also enjoyed the saunas, hot tub and pools every day after skiing. One Ski Hill was an awesome place to spend our family Christmas.

Gorgeous condo, perfect location

The condo was immaculate, modern design, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and sparkling clean. The deep tub was much appreciated after a day on the slopes. The views from the balcony included the mountains, the gondola, the road up to the mountain, and incredible starry skies. The lodge itself was also gorgeous and we took advantage of bowling (free) one night, it was so much fun. The lockers for snow gear were very clean and convenient. The lodge staff was super friendly and helpful. There’s a free shuttle that runs into town, we used that a lot. The only thing I’d change: The card pick up and drop off would be smoother if it was on the actual property of the condo. It’s located about 15 minutes from the property itself. I highly recommend this condo and will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you for everything!

amazing 1st time at Breck!

short walk to the lifts at peak 8! Loved the easy access to the hot tub and pool! It made a tiring day on the slopes manageable with children. Spacious, clean and more than enough room for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Easy communication and check-in with the property manager.

Amazing location and perfect place for family

This was the perfect place for us and our 2 kids. The location was unbeatable, right at peak 8 and the kids ski school. The ski valets were so nice and took our skis at the end of the day and had them waiting for us in the morning. The bowling alley was fun for the kids on our off day from skiing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the laundry was a great perk. The room with the bunk beds gets a little warm/stuffy. We read this in a couple reviews but it was fine, we just kept the doors cracked open and used 2 of the fans provided in the closet. The only negative I’d say is when we moved the coffee table because our son dropped something that went under, there was a lot of garbage, food and a small vodka bottle. By no means did this ruin our stay, but we were a little surprised by the amount under the table. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Great location

This was a great last-minute grab for an anniversary trip when our original plans fell through. Location and ski valet were the best. Condo is cozy, feels newer and is very comfortable. King bed and pillows were high quality which helped after full days on the slopes. Convinced our college age son to come for a couple days to ski with us and he loved the second bedroom and bathroom. This would have been perfect for our family of 5 when kids were younger. Loved the property and enjoyed steam room/sauna/hot tub. Room is close to the elevator, but very quiet.

The condo was very nice But had a little trouble regulating the heat. Also the bathroom shower in the bedroom hot water was not sufficient. It didn’t get hot. Otherwise the condo was as advertised

Beautiful but not as described

While the property was Beautiful and very comfortable the amenities are definitely not as described. ALL of the amenities were closed, restaurant,bar,spa,alpine slide,gondola that would take you to town, all outdoor activities and I’m not talking about skiing since it’s obvious that ski season is over. Everything described in the property amenities / activities were closed. This is the main reason we booked this property because it was exactly what we wanted. We could eat,drink and have so many activities & amenities right there. I expressed our disappointment with the description to the management we rented from and for this 10 day trip they offered a mere $450 refund and would not budge….I would just like to caution anyone who is thinking about renting from these people to verify that everything is open and operational before you rent from them as the description they post is not accurate.you will also have to stop in Frisco on the way in and pick up a key card and when you leave you must go back by there and drop it off. Rather inconvenient when checking out at 4am to have to go drop off keys rather than just leaving them in the condo…won’t be return customers

Love One Ski Hill

You can’t go wrong staying at One Ski Hill Place. It’s super convenient and has so many amenities. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We did have any issue with the shower, but management was quick to respond.

Book directly with the resort

Spend the extra money and book through the resort. We were disappointed with the rooms — the 2nd bedroom was very small, no window, and not a lot of space to move around and get ready, not suitable for 4 adults. The shower handle was broken when we arrived. Maintenance repaired the shower but didn’t replace the handle, so we struggled to turn the little nub. They did not replace the shower handle during our stay. There were globs of hair on the comforter in the master bedroom. Even though you’re staying at One Ski Hill place and get some amenities - ski valet and shuttle - you do not get the full guest experience compared to booking directly through the resort - towel service, turndown service, free breakfast, robes/slippers for the spa, and a responsive front desk to resolve any issues. With this unit, you have to pickup and drop off standard room keys 20 mins from the property. And they will not respond to any requests after 6pm. Even the emergency number went to voicemail. They denied us late checkout (standard is 10AM, we requested 11:30AM). I sent the request through text and got 3 standard responses saying no late checkout was available, even though I had asked about something else. We love Breckenridge and One Ski Hill place, but will not be booking this unit again or properties managed by Pinnacle.

Well appointed and comfortable ski in ski out luxury!

This condo left us wanting for nothing. The modern lodging with ski valet service as part of One Ski Hill on Peak 8 provides comfortable beds, full kitchen, living room, and two full baths so that our adult children could join us for a couple of nights with plenty of space. Many amenities come with this lodging. We’ll be back!

The Perfect Spot!

The One Ski Hill location never fails to disappoint! This condo was well appointed with clean, cozy furniture and bedding. The gas fireplace was the perfect way to end each ski day. Would book again and can’t recommend highly enough.
