This spacious, colorful condo is located in the best spot in Breckenridge, right near the base of Peak 9 and on Main Street. Walk less than 100 yards to the Quicksilver chairlift and enjoy access to the entire mountain or cross Main Street to explore all the dining and shopping that Breckenridge has to offer.
The space • 2 bedroom/3 bathroom • Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and large ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower and separate bath tub • Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunk bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and separate shower and bathtub. • Fold out queen size murphy bed in the dining/living area • Open concept living/dining/kitchen area • Dining table with seating for 6 • Cozy living area with gas fireplace • Full kitchen with all the necessities to cook full meals • In-unit washer/dryer • Balcony with mountain views
Complex resort features for guests: • Large outdoor area featuring a heated outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, gas grills and views of Maggie Pond and the ski area. *The main pool area will be closed for repairs and refurbishment starting May 4th, 2026. Lasting roughly six weeks. During this time, owners and guests are able to stop by the front desk to check out a key for use of the pool at our neighboring property, the Village at Breck. • Fitness center for all of your workout needs, a steam room and 3 additional outdoor hot tubs. • Complimentary ski and boot valet through Charter Sports, we also have a Charter Sports discount link for gear rentals! • Multiple shops and restaurants • If the condo isn't ready yet on the day of your arrival, you're welcome to park your car and/or drop off your luggage for storage at the front desk until it is ready.
Parking: • Heated underground parking for 1 car. ***PLEASE NOTE*** There is a parking fee to be paid on-site in order to park in the building. The fees will be the following: May 1st - October 31st: $15/night November 1st - April 30th: $25/night These fees are extra, to be paid on-site and not included in the price. • Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage must park in a Breckenridge overnight pay lot. More information at BreckPark. • Garage entrance height: 7'2"
Main Street Station Location: • Several restaurants are also located in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores. There is a public fire pit located next to Maggie pond that is a great place for relaxing. • Main Street Station is located next to the Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. Dates are subject to change. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses. • The complex is located on Main Street, at the corner of Park Ave and Main. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk. Across the street you'll find the Breckenridge Brewery serving lunch and dinner or Broken Compass Brewery featuring lots of locally made draft beers.
Guests will check-in at the 24 hour front desk and receive a key card that will be good for the dates of their stay and provide access to the underground parking area and the amenities.
*Please note the front desk is managed by the building HOA company which is a separate company from ourselves. They provide keys and can answers questions about the building or assist with the facilities. Any questions or requests regarding the condo must be directed toward us.
Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hair dryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets. • Hot tub towels are provided at the pool and in the fitness center.

This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required. • Well-stocked properties with quality items.
Other things to note » Maximum occupancy (7) cannot be exceeded at any time. » There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months. » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Please refer to the CDC website for more information on high altitude. » While all facilities are scheduled to be open year round, they are managed by the HOA and unexpected closures may occur. We will try to communicate any known closures but cannot guarantee that all the amenities will be open at any given time. » Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » The minimum age to rent is 25. » Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Breckenridge 2025
Overall the property was ideal. It was large, roomy, and right in the middle of Breck. The only negatives are:1. On the last night we were woken up at 10p by an extremely loud humming noise that seemed to originate from the master bathroom. We couldn't find the reason and were up all night as we couldn't sleep.2. The bedding could use an overhaul as the pillows were lumpy and the mattresses were uncomfortable.3. The faucet in the kitchen sink wouldn't turn off unless you played with it for a while to get it into the perfect position.4. The fire in the fireplace wouldn't stay on

Almost perfect
Very nice place just steps from the Quicksilver lift. Super clean. Only one issue: the room is right next to the 3rd floor electrical room, and the buzzing sound through the walls was very loud. Could be an issue for light sleepers.

Cluttered and needs some TLC
The guys at the front desk were great however, when I called the 800 number to see if I could extend our stay I was hung up on and left on hold for 30 minutes. The property itself was nice however pots and pans needed repair or replacing the apartment had too much furniture and it was hard to get around. The valet downstairs was great parking was acceptable.

Great location
This was an amazing location. Nice condo with a full kitchen, two bedrooms and washer and dryer. Check in was easy. Pool has an amazing view of the mountains.
During the summer there is no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open. We didn't get hot but we did hear road noise. That took a little to get used to, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Both bedroom tv did not work (management did take care of it)
Larger bedroom shower faucet was stripped
A few of the cooking pans should be tossed out due to cooking damage and handles falling off
And with all being said we loved the convenience and the management staff were fantastic

Amazing location!
We had a great time with our college kids for a ski weekend. The location is amazing! Rentals on site , lift is a super short walk and lots of food etc nearby! We plan to come back next year.

Great Condo!
We have been to Breckenridge many times in the winter and the summer. We have stayed predominantly in the Village and one time at Main Street Station. This condo was the best of all of our trips to Breckenridge. It was super clean, very new (not run down or worn at all) and very pretty. My wife and I loved it! It was great and we would absolutely return to this condo again in the summer or winter!

Terrific ski condo
I use vacation rentals fairly often when I travel and this condo was one of the best I've ever stayed in.
The management obviously care about the guest experience, providing good service and communication before and during the stay. The owners clearly care about providing a great guest experience as was evidenced in the investment they've put into this unit. Everything in the unit was well maintained and in top notch condition. The carpet was clean and looked relatively new, the walls appeared to be freshly painted and free of dings and smudges. The furnishings were very attractive and well coordinated. The artwork and wall decorations were tasteful and appropriate to the location.
The housekeeping was terrific, everything was very clean and there was great attention to detail. The kitchen was very well stocked, which was greatly appreciated since we ate in often due to the fact that dinner reservations in Breck are very hard to come by.
I think the set up of this unit is tremendous for small parties. There are two very nice sized bedroom each with a private bath and then there is another full bathroom off the living room. We only had three people but this condo could easily accommodate 5-6 because of this great bed/bath configuration.
When I return to Breckenridge it would be a pleasure to stay in this condo again.

It was a great experience. The location was outstanding. The ski valet was very convenient and the condo was in excellent condition and well equipped. We had a great two weeks in Breckinridge.

Beautiful Condo
Loved, loved this condo. It was super clean, stocked with everything (air purifiers, humidifiers, iron, TVs, kitchen supplies, etc., and great location.
It is a little walk to the chair lift but doable.
The owners were super sweet too.
