Whether you're chasing powder days or adventurous hikes, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. This is a one level condo with no shared walls—just peace and privacy.

The heated drive leads you to the heated garage equipped with bike racks, sleds, ample gear hooks, and a boot and glove dryer to keep everything warm and ready for your next adventure. Feel free to spend all your energy on the trails, as covered walkways lead you from the garage to the front door in less than 10 steps. The gear-friendly entryway is thoughtfully designed with bins and plenty of hooks to keep all your gear organized. The full sized washer and dryer are available to keep your gear fresh and clean. The private hot tub is great for soaking those sore muscles, and the private corner patio is ideal for viewing Peak 10 and Mount Baldy while having your morning coffee, enjoying afternoon snacks, or warming up the grill. The comfy sofas and gas fireplace are perfect for cozying up with a good book or watching a movie.

The bright, chef-ready kitchen is fully stocked for everything from Thanksgiving feasts to cozy crockpot stews, and includes plenty of bowls, pans, baking ware, lasagna pan, salad spinner, hot water pot, coffee maker and filters, and a spice rack bursting with flavor. Whether you're planning a ski trip, a summer hike, or a holiday gathering, this mountain condo is your home base for adventure and relaxation. All guests at the Corral enjoy access to the 14 person outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, steam room, and game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area. Book your stay and experience mountain living at its finest!

Fabulous location

This property is an excellent location to ski and enjoy downtown Breckenridge. The condo is well equipped with everything you will need. We were five adults. Plenty of space. The furnishings are in need of updating. The couches appear soiled and rugs and bed spreads in need of a through cleaning.

December 2023 Ski Trip

We put the place to the test and enjoyed every inch of what it had to offer. There were 10 in our group from teens to adults. It was so nicely maintained, the kitchen had everything you would need…even a cheese grater, crock pot, and an electric hot water pot. It was an easy shot to Main Street and so walkable. The heated garage for a car and ski equipment was perfect! The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes and beds were comfy. The only suggestion I would have is to have more towels. That was our only challenge with 10 people trying to use the hot tub and shower with no extra towels. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. We all loved our stay here!

Great overall

Great location but when we we’re leaving someone came to clean out the hot tub water and mentioned they hadn’t cleaned it in a very long time which is kind of gross. Other than that amazing place.

Walk or shuttle to everything!

First time in this condo. Great location in relation to shopping and eating in Breck. This particular ground floor unit did not provide the mountain views we had hoped for, but we were pleased with everything else.

Surprisingly Convenient

Great Western Lodging worked with us on an alternate location after the place we booked last year was no longer available. Corral 106E was perfect for our group of six - four adults and two teenage boys. It was well decorated with easy first floor access and a heated garage for storing ski boots. The three bedroom, three bath layout was exactly what we needed. It was an easy walk to our favorite restaurants in town and a short ride to the Quiksilver lift, which is a good spot for beginners. I’d highly recommend Corral 106E.

The Best!

We stayed here with 3 couples and it was perfect for us. We could have easily brought kids also because of the bunk beds in one room. It’s a big place and the location is AMAZING! Quick walk to the ski lift and to town for dinner or drinks. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a great vacation. Rental close to town. Older property, needs some updates and some windows don’t lock. Place was extremely dusty, otherwise clean. Had a problem with one of the toilets and property managers fixed it right away.

Great location near town and well equipped

We stayed at the condo as a summer vacation getaway which was perfect for our family of six. Everything was as expected and the condo was well equipped and meet our needs well. Summer rates were great and we would definitely stay here again.

Ski chalet

Super comfortable condo. Open and roomy, very comfortable furniture. Perfect for three couples or a family. You can walk downtown and it’s close to the free bus shuttle.
