Great, modern, super clean stay!

The place was great, well stocked and furnished, very cute, nice modern bathrooms, easy walk to gondola or lift and amazing ski in at end of day. Management is responsive and accommodating. Only downside, no fault of the owners, is the ceiling is a bit thin so you can hear walking around of upstairs folks. Would stay here again!

It’s okay…not great

The property description needs updating. They made the master bedroom 2 queen beds which I gave to my kids. That means the king bedroom has to use the bathroom in the hall. My kids loved the en-suite, I didn’t care for having the shared hall bathroom for me. The response time from the property manager is beyond slow. Like 24 hours to fix the TV. That’s long for what the property costs and having 3 kids traveling with me. The lock on the front door barely works making it impossible for my kids to unlock the door. Not helpful if one group wants to come home from skiing earlier. The condo is on the 1st floor. The tenants above sounded like they were having a dance party every time they moved around. At all hours of the day and night. At the end of the day the property is just okay. Location is good but you can find much better.

Wonderful time

The property was just as advertised. Location was great, a quick walk to main street and gondola. Very comfortable property, very clean and fully stocked with everything needed. Definitely will stay here again and will recommend it.

Updated Condo in a Great Location

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It's in a great location and a short walk to main street and all altractions. The only issue is that it was very hot inside when we arrivide and there is no AC so the house was hot until about 11pm. It's pleasant after that, but gets pretty warm during the summer days. The other issue is that we couldn't use the grill or sitting area in the patio as everything was very dirty and stained. I did notify the property manger and she quickly responded, but no one ever came to clean the grill or the patio. The furniture needs to be replaced and the grill had a lot of leftover food on it and appeared to be on it's last legs...If it weren't for these issues, I'd rate the place a 5 star as it is great otherwise.

Great location

This is the second year that we’ve stayed in this general location - it’s so easy to catch the bus to the slopes in the am and ski back in the afternoon. It’s an easy and quick walk to town as well. Great spot!

Great location for the skiers and non skiers

The property was great…it has an updated decor that was comfortable to hangout in and prepare meals.The location was great to ski in and grab lunch and head back out. Short walk to Main Street in Breckinridge….lots of restaurants and shops.

Fantastic Location

Absolutely fantastic location to all you want to do in Breckenridge. The condo was clean and spacious. Communication was very quick to reply. It's an older property so a bit noisy (obviously not owners fault) since walls are thin, but with a noise machine it's fine.. There are no starter supplies like a hotel room or owner owned VRBO so come prepared with coffee liners, coffee, creamer and hairdryer to get you started on the first morning which is a bit different from listing. Overall a great place and location.

Great place and location

I enjoyed the place and was convenient for skiing. Skiing in was easy, short shuttle ride or 10 minute walk to lift. I did not realize that the king bedroom did not have an attached bath. That may be on me for not examining closer. Overall it was perfect for a weekend ski retreat.

Do NOT recommend

Communication with this property was impossible. The contact phone number led to a disinterested answering service, the 24 maintenance number on the wall led to a disconnected number, emails through VRBO took days to answer. The unit was not on the ground level, the hot tub was unable to be used since it was set at 120 degrees, the fireplace was not functional and the bathrooms and laundry room were filthy. There was no parking permit as well. We actually left a full 24 hours earlier than scheduled since we were so disgusted.

Summer Getaway in Breck

This property had everything that we were looking for! It is walking distance to the Main Street shops and restaurants, the Gondola and City Market. The unit has it's own clothes washer and dryer which was nice for a longer vacation. It also has it's own gas grill on the patio. The patio opens to a private open space which we enjoyed a beverage or two after our days activities. The creek that runs between the buildings provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Our family of 4 loved the location of this property. Just a short block to shopping, restaurants, activities and still so quiet! The condo lights were a bit dark inside and there were several things labeled "To be repaired soon" but overall, 5 stars!

Perfect location!

I stayed here for a few days right before Christmas. The place is great- contemporary decor yet ski town cozy. Perfect location to catch the bus in the morning and ski in after a great day on the slopes. Quick walk into town. Everything very clean and covid friendly. Would definitely return. Only one glitch was property manager did not leave parking pass. Was able to hunt him down and get one on second day.

Very nice inside

Well done interior. Modern clean and nice with everything you need. You can ski to it just not from it. There is a bus out front so somewhat convenient. My wife and three teenage kids fit just fine and enjoyed the property. Thanks.

Great Family Space

My 2 daughters and I drove up for a quick trip and the space was perfect for us to enjoy each others company. I was disappointed the fire place didn't work but chose not to call because we were there for such a short period of time. Great location and the decorations felt very current - my daughters and I really enjoyed our stay.

Condo is awesome BUT...

This recently remodeled condo is beautiful and conveniently located to town. We picked it because they professed to having an excellent eye to detail and keeping us safe during this time. I can not deny its beauty but the key code lacked the last sign after the numbers. I called and was given it and that's the last contact I had with them. We found coffee grounds still in the coffee pot. The bathroom rugs were dirty. The ceiling fan lamp was broken, Some of the utensils were dirty. We wiped down the condo with Clorox wipes. We never got a parking pass after repeated calls to Summit. I got more help from the building manager (separate company) than I did from Summit. Buyer beware...

Great location, lovely condo

Communication leading up to our vacation was great. The location cannot be beat. Walk from condo to downtown in just a couple of minutes. Walk to some great hikes and the gondola. The unit was as pictured (lovely, remodeled, modern, comfortable). The kitchen was great and well stocked. Beds and other furniture was quite comfortable. It was great to have in unit laundry. Overall a great well laid out unit. The cleaning/maintenance wasn't perfect. Visible makeup handprints all over bathroom door (I easily cleaned it). Missing screen in 1st bedroom. Oddly the floors in the entry, kitchen and laundry were radiating heat. We couldn't find a switch or thermostat for in floor heating. This would be great in winter but it was warm in Breck when we arrived so the heated floors made the condo too warm the first 2 days. The message we left about the floors and screen was not returned (maybe a mistake given previously good communication). The 1st floor location was great in that our kids played in the nice greenspace behind the condo as we enjoyed a drink on our patio. We even saw the fox run through the area one morning. Overall a wonderful stay at a great property.

Awesome Condo !!!

Beautiful condo a short walk from Main street in Breck. Perhaps the best decorated condo we have ever stayed in. Pictures are 100% accurate. Bedding was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need (including spices !). It should be noted that setup of condo is a little different than some. Master Bedroom with king bed uses a smaller bathroom outside of bedroom while the GUEST bedroom with 2 big beds has the true master bathroom which is EXCELLENT. Big walk in shower and double vanity etc. Overall. A+ accommodations and a great way to enjoy the mountains.
