    Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. You'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north. Great stay, modern condo that has everything you need. Loved the vaulted ceiling. Very convenient location. You do have to pay nightly for parking. They should figure a way out to include parking into the listing price.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better weekend rental. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay easy and relaxing from start to finish.The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area, and the overall atmosphere of the home made it feel like a true getaway. Communication was seamless, and any questions were answered quickly.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay here again. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great weekend retreat.

Great condo, great location

This condo was stunning, very clean and comfortable! We were close to everything in Breckenridge! Any questions we had were answered immediately, very easy to communicate! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all!

Fall in Breck

Loved this condo for our fall trip to Breckinridge. The layout with two master suites was perfect for two couples and it is outfitted comfortably with a upgraded kitchen. The location was great for walking to restaurants and shops and near hiking trails and other local sites.

Beautiful

Excellent location to everything! Didn’t even rent a car we walked everywhere even in the negative temps. Ski lifts are a super short walk and so are shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

This place has a fantastic location, high end appliances and outdoor amenities (grill, pool, hot tube) in Breck. Everything downtown is within reasonable walking distance and saves you having to find parking.

Perfect for two couples

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The layout was perfect for two couples with our own bathrooms. Hot tub was nice and unit was beautifully upgraded. Would definitely book it again!

Great location!

The location of this unit was fantastic for our stay! We walked everywhere and loved that we could pop back home if we needed to while we were out. Unit is clean and well maintained. More than enough room for our family!

Great Experience

Location was perfect for skiing. The condo was clean and very nice. The mattress in the master needs replaced however, as it was uncomfortable with a sag in the center. Other than that, it was great!

Great location

This property has a great location for strolling downtown a Breck! We enjoyed our stay - the space was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. The only negative was the elevator was out of service. They did offer to & help with our luggage, which was nice!
