Located in the Highlands at Breckenridge: hike or bike the flume trails system from the front door, quick drive to Breckenridge ski area, golf/cross country skiing, fishing, and more. Base camp for all of your outdoor Colorado adventures! The perfect getaway any time of the year. Sleeps 14, all in beds (maximum of 10 adults). Plenty of room for your whole crew with 3 king bedrooms including in-suite baths and 2 bunk-rooms: one with twin/twin and twin/queen bunkbeds and one with queen/queen bunkbed. All furniture in lower level bedrooms and in the main master is new and custom made by Cleveland Creek Log and Lodge Furniture. Two living spaces with large TVs and gas fireplaces. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard in the lower level. Curl up with a book in the cozy loft. Gather your crew around the large dining table. Relax and take in the amazing views from several windows or step outside to breathe in the fresh air while you relax on the deck or in the hot tub. In-floor radiant heat throughout will keep your feet toasty in the winter. Perfect for a couples getaway, multi family or multi generational vacation. Sorry, no guys weekends or events.

We had a great stay over Christmas week. The house was better than expected and the host and manager were quick to reply with any questions we had. The house is fully stocked and plenty of space to spread out, which is nice for a family with different age groups. Location is a short drive to town and very convenient to the slopes, shopping, restaurants. We would consider renting again when we return to Breck!

Love the mountains!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. It is very well located, being close enough to town, but also far enough away in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.I have one small note - the bar stools at the bar in the kitchen have very sharp edges on the top of them and several of my family members received scratched from them.

We can not say enough good things about our stay. The house was absolutely gorgeous and so cozy. Amenities on top of amenities. The location is in an upscale neighborhood and within minutes from town, grocery stores, and anything else you may need. The VIEWS were breathtaking and we spent much of our time sitting by the outdoor firepit enjoying the mountains. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night. It was an unforgettable week

Perfect Retreat

Beautiful property. Space for all of us. 6 adults; 5 kids from 5 to 15. Tastefully and comfortably furnished and kitchen contained anything and everything needed to prepare meals. Easy access to town and ski slopes. All in all, one of the nicest properties our family has ever stayed in and enjoyed.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!This home was beyond perfect! We visited in mid-February and experienced snowfall every day. The community was well-equipped, with the roads and driveway plowed multiple times a day, ensuring easy access.Communication with the owner and house manager was outstanding. The house itself is beautifully decorated, and all the pictures in the listing are current and accurate. My granddaughter absolutely fell in love with the wooden bear displayed on the main floor—she made sure to pose for a picture with her new "bear friend" every day!I highly recommend staying here. The owner and everyone we interacted with were professional and respectful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

I can’t express how nice our stay was at this property. Everything looked just as it did in the listing. The home was very clean and I really appreciated having everything that we needed! A perfect stay in Breckenridge!

We had the most wonderful stay at LuvBreck! The house was the perfect size for our group of 9 - everyone had their own spaces, and the kids loved the bunk beds and the little bean bag nook. The house was well furnished and well stocked with the essentials. Everything was well organized - from the check in and check out instructions both online and in a binder at the house, and the little notes all around the home with instructions were super helpful. The house was cozy and warm, and the views were just incredible. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Communication with the host was well-received and responses were fast. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and would 100% stay at LuvBreck again!

Absolutely Breathtaking Property & Amazing Service & Hospitality

Honestly this is one of the most beautiful cabins we have ever stayed at in Colorado and we have stayed in a few throughout the years. It has all the amenities you will ever need! The property and location were perfect. The host was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We were three families traveling with our children (ages 10-16) and they all enjoyed the home as much as the adults did! Highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back!

Ski Vacation

We had such a wonderful time in Breckenridge, and getting to return each day after skiing to this beautiful, relaxing home, was the best part! The space is laid out so nicely, especially for a larger group. Plenty of space to have your own area, or all come together. So happy we booked this home!

Terrific Family House in Breckenridge

We had a great time in this terrific house in Breckenridge! The kids loved the shuffleboard and the little nook under the stairs. The home was in great shape and perfect if you like to cook your own family meals and enjoy them with first rate views. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious family vacation in the mountains. PS - We even saw a moose roaming right around the house!

Ideal location for Us

There were 13 of us in this house. 4 adults and 9 children! This house had more than enough space. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had a blast! This home was centrally located for all of things we did. Just a few minutes drive to Breckenridge, we also traveled to the hot springs, red rocks, and Frisco for lots of family oriented activities. But coming home to this house was always a welcome break from the busy day. The only thing was I had reached out to the person they had listed for questions. I had sent a text regarding the hot tub and never got a response. But in all honesty, it wasn't a big enough issue to even call. I was able to figure it out. All in all, the stay was great. I would highly recommend.

Cool in the mountains

This is the second time we stay at this property. For our group, it’s perfect. The house is in great condition, everything works, and whatever you think you will need, it’s probably there. We will probably return in the future.
