* Take the Four O'Clock Run from your place down into town (snow permitting) or take the "Skyway Skiway" to the gondola, downtown shops, restaurants, and bars.
* Ski right up to your back door - see the pictures and video when you book.
Enjoy the communal hot tub just right outside the sliding door. Also, our guests have pool privileges at the Upper Village Pool!
There is a coin laundry in the building.
The Breck Free Ride Shuttle is a 2-minute walk out the back slider to the Snowflake Lift (check when it opens online). The sidewalks/driveway are shoveled regularly to get there. Drop the Shuttle Schedule App on your Smartphone to get the latest schedule. Go everywhere in town for free!

THE SPACE
This 1-bedroom with a queen bed packs a big punch for up to 4 folks! The big outdoor hot tub is just steps away! In winter, the clubhouse has 2 indoor tubs.
There is a big leather couch and a Giant 50-foot TV. Watching this huge TV from the bunk is better than stadium seating at the movies, and kids love it!
The kitchen and all appliances are upgraded. Your super-sturdy, built-in twin bunks have a stable ladder and comfortable, cozy sleeping. The bedroom has a luxurious Queen bed (with a Sleep Number bed) with tons of light, a flat-screen TV, and gorgeous bedding.
There is a brand new stackable washer/dryer in a closet for convenience.
Take a trip to the spa-like, generously sized bathroom with a nice, high showerhead! Feel the warm water making little mini-streams under the soles of your feet between rounded little pebbles on the floor of this huge shower stall. The grounds of Tyra are gorgeous, with trees, beautiful river rock, and cedar architecture.
