Walk out, Ski in!
* Go across the street downhill to Snowflake Lift.
* Take the Four O'Clock Run from your place down into town (snow permitting) or take the "Skyway Skiway" to the gondola, downtown shops, restaurants, and bars.
* Ski right up to your back door - see the pictures and video when you book.

Enjoy the communal hot tub just right outside the sliding door. Also, our guests have pool privileges at the Upper Village Pool!
There is a coin laundry in the building.

The Breck Free Ride Shuttle is a 2-minute walk out the back slider to the Snowflake Lift (check when it opens online). The sidewalks/driveway are shoveled regularly to get there. Drop the Shuttle Schedule App on your Smartphone to get the latest schedule. Go everywhere in town for free!

THE SPACE
This 1-bedroom with a queen bed packs a big punch for up to 4 folks! The big outdoor hot tub is just steps away! In winter, the clubhouse has 2 indoor tubs.

There is a big leather couch and a Giant 50-foot TV. Watching this huge TV from the bunk is better than stadium seating at the movies, and kids love it!

The kitchen and all appliances are upgraded. Your super-sturdy, built-in twin bunks have a stable ladder and comfortable, cozy sleeping. The bedroom has a luxurious Queen bed (with a Sleep Number bed) with tons of light, a flat-screen TV, and gorgeous bedding.
There is a brand new stackable washer/dryer in a closet for convenience.

Take a trip to the spa-like, generously sized bathroom with a nice, high showerhead! Feel the warm water making little mini-streams under the soles of your feet between rounded little pebbles on the floor of this huge shower stall. The grounds of Tyra are gorgeous, with trees, beautiful river rock, and cedar architecture.

Easy Access To Slopes

Was great to be able to Ski right to the back door. Access to snowflake lift is right across the street. 2 minute walk. No hot water when we arrived. Breaker was not turned on. Once I fixed that it was great.

Best features: ski lift is literally across the road, ticket booth and ski tuning is literally across the road, ski run leads literally to the back door, hot tub and mountain range can literally be seen from the kitchen window. Bonus: You can scout the 12-person, 4-feet-deep hot tub from the couch to head out when it is empty!

Nice place

Our stay was as expected. Small, but clean condo. Bed is comfortable. Internet is quick. Location is 5 mins walk to snowflake lift. Ski In ski out is real. 4-O’clock drops you right at the back of the complex.

Great Getaway

Fantastic little spot perfect for two people. Snowflake lift is an easy walk and you can ski right to your back door at the end of the day. You can walk to Main Street as well but there is street parking available if you prefer to drive. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Adorable condo

Super little place. Fantastic location - ski in and very short walk down to the snowflake chair lift. So convenient that it’s on the ground floor - made taking out trash, bringing in shopping and packing up very easy. This was especially helpful because my husband and teenager had to leave early so my 7 year old and I did all the packing up to leave. Having a bunk bed rather than a pull out sofa was so much better for our kids and for keeping the living room tidy. We also liked that it’s close to the outside hot tub.

Great location for a ski trip!

Great location easily accessible to snowflake lift and bus stop, ski in to the back door was a great perk to have for a quick stop for lunch. Space could feel a bit tight, especially with 4 people on a longer stay (carrying more bags, etc). Easy access to ski lockers made taking stuff in and out a breeze too!

Great Location

Location can't be beat for skiing access. Not true ski out, but very short walk to life. You can ski in. Be aware this is a tiny unit. 3 would be a crowd if you are spending much time in the unit. Kitchen small and oddly furnished-place settings for 12 or more, but 12 people literally cannot fit inside the unit. 8 spatulas but no frying pan bigger than maybe 10 inches. No DW. Don't plan to cook any elaborate meals. Key to ski locker was missing and staff never responded when we reported that. Still, we enjoyed our trip.

Great location, terrible bed

First the good: this place has a great location and while it’s nothing special, the price was good. The management was responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. The check-in instructions were easy and clear. Hot tub was nice and the snowflake lift was a VERY easy walk with true ski-in to return. The bad: the bed had a very large depression in the middle that made it a really uncomfortable sleep. Provided they get a new mattress, I’d stay again. If they don’t, I wouldn’t.

Great place to stay!

Overall, the place satisfied our needs. Place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Management gave all the required information to be able to check in with no questions asked. The ski in and ski out was fantastic and easy to find. Access to the hot tub, ski locker, and being on the first floor were all nice haves. A short hike to snowflake lift or to the free bus stop was tremendously awesome. It helped us save so much money getting around with runs every 15 minutes. I would recommend and stay again for future trips.

Great location, short walk to the lift. On busy days not enough parking spots. Hot tubs were closed for maintenence for most of our 10 days stay. Room very dark, bank beds are right in the kitchen area. Items from previous renters all over. Not easy to get in touch with management
