    Gold Camp es un lugar ideal para familias y grupos que buscan un alojamiento acogedor y económico en Breckenridge. Ubicado en el bosque en Ski Hill Road, Gold Camp está a solo minutos de la zona base de Peak 8 y del centro histórico de Breckenridge en la ruta de transporte gratuito.

    Esta unidad de un dormitorio es limpia y cómoda, con un baño y una cocina remodelados. Con un excelente diseño para disfrutar de tus vacaciones con amigos y familiares, te sentirás como en casa en este condominio del tercer piso.

    La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con mostradores de granito y vistas a la sala de estar. Un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared con cable de cortesía es perfecto para ver el juego o ver tus programas favoritos (NOTA: la chimenea es solo para decoración y no funciona). También hay un área de patio fuera de la sala de estar con una parrilla de gas privada y cómodos muebles de patio para relajarse después de un gran día en las laderas o dejar que la brisa de la montaña fluya a través del condominio. Otras comodidades incluyen conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, lavandería central, jacuzzis compartidos y un local de esquí privado.

Nice spot .1 miles from Lifts.

I had a great vacation staying near Breckenridge. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay while skiing.

The hottub was great, as was the sauna. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with great amenities. Having the shuttle across the street was very convenient. It was good to have a second sink outside the bathroom so we could both get ready at the same time. Cozy, comfortable and the team were responsive and friendly to work with.

Perfect place for a down-to-earth vacation!

The house was in a great location with easy access to public transit. It was clean, private, and had plenty of space for 3 people! Would definitely recommend to a couple trying to get away for a while 😊

Cannot say enough positive things about Summit Rentals and the property!

Everything was fantastic. 3 minutes from parking for Breckenridge. Very clean property, incredible customer service. Would recommend this property to anyone! Definitely will stay here again if back in Breckenridge.

Nice spot to have when hanging around town. Perfect price and we felt like we had plenty of space. Very close to the bus line which is super clutch. Bonus sink was also great for one person to get ready at while another used the full bath. Clean kitchen with everything we needed. Quiet area too, nice to sit out and enjoy coffee on the balcony. Host was very responsive and made sure we got in/out alright. Didn’t make it to the hot tub and sauna but maybe next time!

Beautiful place perfect spot in the mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Be absolutely loved this location. We walk the cucumber Gulch twice daily walk to breck several times. Rode the gondola several times this was the best year for us out there with their wise saw several most and mule deer. We love the wildlife.

Pros:It was a cute, comfortable place to stay, conveniently located on the shuttle route. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with every appliance and utensil you would need. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The management was responsive and nice.Cons: The bedroom window would not open, there was a broken blind and a couple of stains on the carpet. The hot tub hours were limited and not very convenient.Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.

This is a comfortable quiet condo with very short bus ride to the Peak 8 lifts. I saw some people walk it. The price is right. Nice deck, kitchen.

Perfect setup

We decided to take advantage of virtual learning and 'moved' to Breck for 6 weeks in this condo and it worked out great!! Had everything we needed, bus is across the street to get wherever we wanted to go or an easy walk up to peak 7 or 8. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Well appointed and convenient to the Breck shuttle

It's not a luxury condo, but it is fully equipped and very convenient to the shuttle that is two stops from the Breck base. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the property manager was very responsive and they're likely on their way to be fixed.
