    Just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route, this condo offers location, comfort, and shared hot tub access. Your family and friends will have a fantastic time!

    This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, ground-floor condo unit is cozy and comfortable; it’s a smart choice for groups of up to four guests. The living area features an electric fireplace and a flat-screen TV for catching the game or the morning snow report. The fully equipped has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals when you’re not exploring Breck’s great dining options! The dining table seats four.

    Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Love the location. Amenities are on the minimalist side, but this suited me very well. Will definitely love to stay at this property again.

Can't beat the location

Excellent location right across from the shuttle route or a <10 min walk to Peak 8 base. Property was in good condition and had everything we needed for a great stay. Will look to re-book here again for sure.

Nice lodge style condo. Nice quiet location and close to shuttle pickups. Could use some updates, but had everything we needed.

Great Place to stay! The location is perfect!

The place and location is perfect. The jacuzzi was literally a few steps away. The jacuzzi was great after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be contacting the company again to stay.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Could use a little updating in the kitchen. We loved that there was a hot tub on site. There was easy access to a bus stop outside the complex that took you into town so we wouldn’t have to find parking. The location was perfect!

Great Time

Really enjoyed this stay with 3 of my buddies on our 4-5th snowboard trip this year. Really enjoyed breck and the walk wasn’t bad at all maybe 8-10 minutes at a decent pace. Even better the shuttle stop was right outside the door.

Great Location!

The condo is in an excellent location for bus to lifts or town. Check in was a breeze. We received several text messages during our stay checking on us. Great condo for a snowboarding trip.

Very decent condo, separate toilet & shower from sink; kitchen filled with basic materials for cooking; quiet; 10 walk to peak 8 or bus goes uphill every 15mins. Hosts are responsive, eager to please, and accommodating. Parking has been available easily.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the feel of this place! It was cutely decorated with a classic Colorado feel. The rental was dated, but still had everything we needed. We enjoyed coming back to a warm, cozy place each day. Unfortunately, sleep was tough as the people upstairs were so loud, it sounded like elephants stomping so early in the morning and throughout the day. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable.
