Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Important Winter Advisory:
Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Check in was very easy. The unit was very clean! Directions for the dishwasher would have been nice. The bedding was disappointing…. The mattress was very comfortable but it was about 18” thick while the fitted sheets were made for a much thinner mattress so the corners keep slipping off. They were also rough. Overall the stay was good…but I wish we’d have brought our own sheets!

Wonderful getaway!

We loved the home! Everything was clean and comfortable. The views of the mountains were beautiful, especially while sitting in the hot tub. We saw foxes from the deck as well as many birds. We were grateful for the fans that kept us cool on the warmer days. We would definitely stay here again!

Family comfort with garage and hot tub

We stayed here for one week in July for a family gathering, 7 of us. The weather was great - cool in the evenings and warm during the day. The location is good, near both Frisco and Breckenridge. The property was spotless and well-maintained. We had a minor plumbing problem which they fixed promptly. All of us were able to shower without running out of hot water. We enjoyed the hot tub and having a two-car garage. The property had all we needed to cook several meals at home and plenty of dishes and kitchenware. We would love to return.

Comfortable, convenient, and good value

The property is just as described and depicted in the listing. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped for a week's stay with friends. One of its best features is its convenient location, just 10 minutes from the Breckenridge gondola and the town itself, and 10 minutes to Frisco with all its restaurants, stores and other amenities. Easy access to all the things we needed and places to go. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect for relaxing weeding spring skiing

The property was perfect for the four of us. Easy access to everything we needed without being stuck in the crowds. Included parking for our vehicles was a major plus considering how congested Breck can get!

Weekend Ski Trip

The stay was wonderful. Accuracy of the online listing was excellent. We experienced some extremely high winds and approximately 8-12 inches of snow during the course of our extended stay. The property maintenance made sure to have the snow cleared early enough to get us out of the house. Having a hot tub was great especially after a long day of skiing. Plenty of sleeping room for 10 people. Would stay at this property again.

The property was well described and very welcoming (to the point where we all decided its our new mountain home). The home was just close enough to stores and shops while still providing the quiet reflective get-a-way we were hoping to have.
