The spacious, open-floor plan condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with its own private balcony for a peaceful outdoor space. The living room is perfect for entertaining, with a cozy gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to make your stay comfortable.

Both bedrooms each have a king size bed and plenty of room. A private balcony is accessed off the living room with gorgeous views overlooking a small pond.

The resort itself offers plenty of activities to keep you entertained, including a fitness center, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, game room and more.

College of the Ozarks

My daughter was playing volleyball all weekend at CofO. It was very convenient for us to get back and forth between the gym and the condo. It was also close to the Branson Landing and not far from the main strip into Branson for fun and shopping. We had a great stay. Thanks

Nice but not great

The bedroom with the extra external door needs an internal lock that can’t be accessed from the exterior. The shades were messed up in that room too, had to put a towel up to cover it properly. Master bedroom was hot, had no air flow with door closed.

Weekend stay

Overall the Condo was clean and neat with a good location from Branson and plenty of room. The AC window unit (heat) in a bedroom did not work. Only one extra blanket provided. Needed more. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Jacuzzi jets did not work.

Family Time.

We make an annual visit to Branson before Thanksgiving as a kickoff for the Holidays. This was of the most pleasant visits ever. The property was spacious and comfortable. We cooked our own meals and really visited. Instead of running around finding places to eat. We watched the traditional Holiday movies we enjoy, while feeling secure in a gated resort. The grounds are picturesque. It was great, according to the youngest guest.

pleasant and honey

It was slightly strange taking a mini vacation during COVID19 and not being in contact with people other than online. I was not displeased with anything that occurred during our stay. The property was clean, homey and had everything we needed, except bedsheets for the pullout. We made due and all was well. Thank you to whomever shared their home it was perfect for us.

Do not recommend this condo to anyone!

The condo was filthy, out of date, smelled. We called to get someone out to clean the condo. When we returned that evening, one bedroom was turned upside down...mattress flipped up against the wall, bedding off, and it had been sprayed with Raid all around the room and on the mattress. The smell was awful. We could not sleep there that night and had to move to a pull out couch in another condo where friends were staying. Very disappointed in the accommodations. Very little was refunded for our inconvenience and we ended up paying for nights that we did not use.
