This large 2000 square foot, open, spacious condo has everything you need for the perfect Branson Getaway!!
This is guaranteed to be the place you will look forward to coming back after days of exploring all that Branson has to offer!
The large open floor plan has plenty of space for gathering and great conversation. Cook all you meals in our spacious fully stocked kitchen.
2 King Bedrooms are located on the main floor with 2 bathrooms. The master King Suite on the main level has direct access to the balcony to provide gorgeous views of the Ozark Mountains. Retreat to the second gathering space in the open upstairs loft outfitted with 2 twin beds for extra sleeping space for your group.
The third bedroom,. with 2 queen beds, and a bathroom are located on the upper level.
When not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub, playground, dog park, fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. Lake Taneycomo and the playground are under a 2 minute stroll from the condo. Your vacation retreat is awaiting!

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

We are a second level condo, stairs are required.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

The condo is great for families that need private sleeping areas and a bathroom for each of those areas. There were a few toys upstairs in the loft area that our grandkids loved. It was a fund surprise for them. I would totally recommend this place.

5 star stay in Branson

Pip's Place is the nicest condo rental we have stayed at, and we have stayed at many! It was spotless, well appointed, well supplied, and overall, very impressive. Brenda, the property manager was extremely responsive. We were a family of 6 - grandparents, parents and 2 children. The resort amenities were wonderful, as was the onsite restaurant. Branson is a great place to visit with children of all ages - ours are 15 and 10 - and we only scratched the surface of things to do. We had a great week in Branson and this rental made it even better! Pointe Royale is a beautiful resort area and very welcoming to dogs. Should we ever return to this area, we would definitely rent this condo again!

A Great Condo in a quiet area and close to all of the Branson activities.

I found the condo to be gorgeous. It was very spacious for our group of eight. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with more than we even needed. The closed in patio area was perfect for my morning coffee. It was a great place to come back to after our Branson activities.

Family trip to Branson

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Pips Place. My husband & I and our four children in their 20's. There were plenty of beds for everyone. We enjoyed the pickleball courts & pool. The golf course looked amazing! We were close to everything we wanted to do in Branson. There were plenty of supplies available: toilet paper, dish soap, towels, etc.... The televisions were easy to use as well. We will certainly remember this place for future visits to Branson

Adorable place - nicely decorated and roomy!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pip's Place! We loved the layout of the condo and the community area was nice! We loved how the bedrooms were divided up and how the loft area was used as a perfect place to put a couple twin beds! The owners were super helpful and thorough in communication. We were texted and checked on during our stay - it was super nice to have the extra touch! Would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at Pip's Place. It was very close to Lake Taneycomo, which was beautiful and a wonderful place to kayak. The condo was very clean, well stocked and very spacious. The property manager was so helpful!

Best Fun Family Getaway

This place was very nice. Had everything we needed including extras like toys for the kids, lots of games, Roku, soap and shampoo and all the amenities including a playground. We have 4 kids and they all had their own beds and plenty of space to play. I love that the master suite is on the main floor as we shared a bed with our toddler. We had a problem with the cable company as soon as we arrived and the manager was soooo sweet and worked very hard and quickly to make it right. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and the neighborhood was beautiful, safe and in a convenient location. The only advice I would have is to bring beach towels for the pool as they are not provided.

Charming/modern place

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is nestled into the hills with a beautiful view from the enclosed porch. I was able to work from the porch (even with outside temps at only 40 degrees) because of the enclosure. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and experiences to be convenient, but far enough away for a quiet, serene evening. The amenities are fabulous and within walking distance of the condo. The inside decor is so super cute and the beds are quite comfortable! We lacked nothing in the kitchen or bathrooms. A+ stay and we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful!!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay for a few days and this property was perfect! Clean, everything we needed (literally, everything!) and Brenda was very accommodating and followed up when we got there to make sure we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend this property!
