This modern 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home has lots of sleeping space and boasts of breathtaking VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE as well as all the entertainment options available for a vacation full of amazing memories! This home is ready to entertain your crew with a private PUTTING GREEN, privite HOT TUB, pool table, shuffleboard, foosball and so much more!



The Space:

Welcome to our spacious five-bedroom retreat! Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed for your comfort, with king beds in Bedrooms 1, 4, and 5, and two bunk beds in Bedroom 2, plus two queen beds in Bedroom 3.



Outside, you'll find a private oasis with amenities galore. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool, shared with just five homes, or enjoy the breathtaking views from the outdoor living area. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard or pool, or practice your putting on the private green. And when it's time to relax, sink into the hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit.



Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking supplies you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Or fire up the gas grill on the patio for a BBQ with a view of the Ozark hills.



Whether you're indoors or outdoors, this retreat has everything you need for a memorable getaway with family and friends.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just across the parking lot, an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally) and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!



The Neighborhood:

One of Branson's newest lake communities, Chateau Ridge delivers picturesque view of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains.



Only 5 homes on the very top of the hill with the BEST view in Branson.



Getting Around:

Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!



The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!

SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



More options of fun things to do on Table Rock Lake, also just minutes away! Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
