Hi there! I'm "Earl," the owner of this here property. Are you tired of seeing the same old rental properties in Branson? I am too, which is why I designed this one to stand out like me (I'm a literal black sheep). Welcome to The Black Sheep Lodge! This BRAND NEW, family-friendly vacation home features a hot tub, community OUTDOOR POOL, community HEATED INDOOR POOL, amazing views, and incredible access to Silver Dollar City (just a half mile away!).
This is a premier Branson vacation property located in the Crown View Estates on Table Rock Lake.

-All TV's are Smart Roku TV's that automatically sign you out of your logins when you check out
-Kitchen is very well stocked!
-Community OUTDOOR pool is typically open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, but may remain open longer pending weather.
-Community HEATED INDOOR pool open year round!
-Community Playground is available for use!
-Nearest BOAT LAUNCH is Indian Point Marina and is just 2.8 miles down the road. Slip rentals are $20/night.
-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).
-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.
-Please note that there is some construction in the area and rates have been discounted accordingly.
-Pets under 50 lbs are allowed, however we must be notified in advance and there is a $150 per pet / per stay fee. This does not cover any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of pets.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home as well as a community indoor and outdoor pool, gym, and playground.
The Neighborhood:
The biggest perk of the neighborhood is that it is right down the street from Silver Dollar City, with easy access to Branson (15-20 mins drive) and boat access to Table Rock Lake nearby. This is a community designed specifically for vacation homes!
