Outdated Condo

The owner of the property needs to invest and update the property. The sheets were too small for the bed. There was a fitted sheet that was stretched out. The top sheets were either full or queen and turned sideways to cover the bed. The tv in the bedroom would come on but never a signal. The towels were very old and used. No Kleenex which is a very inexpensive item to provide your guests. The smell of an old condo was uninviting. I went and bought a plug in at Bath and Bodywork’s. The table and chairs were so wobbly I would not sit at it. I will say the air conditioner worked well. We have stayed at Pointe Royale several times and always been happy with our condo. This condo has potential but desperately needs updating.
