This 3 bedroom 1200 sq. ft. private cottage is great for large groups and families. It sleeps 8 comfortably, featuring 2 king bedrooms, queen bedroom, and a double bed sleeper sofa, 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen-including stove top. The living room features a 42-inch flatscreen tv and there are 2 patios for relaxing. Resort amenities include both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the Pirates Harbor Water Park, restaurants, bar and lounge areas, picnic areas, and 63-foot lighthouse.

Cute Resort in a great location

Overall the property met expectations and provided us a place to eat and sleep while being convenient located to the attractions we were interested in. The main pool was a quick 5 minute walk from our front door and the Tavern has good options for a poolside meal or when you don't want to "go out" for dinner. The cottage itself was showing it's age a bit (20 years) and could use some TLC and some deep cleaning, but overall suited our family of 5 well. The kitchen was perfectly appointed, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

Winter stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Everyone had their own space. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We came to go to Silver Dollar City. We had planned to take advantage of the indoor pool but winter hours meant that it didn’t open until 11. We were disappointed about that because we had to pay a resort fee, without the benefits of the resort. Also, be prepared for a timeshare sales pitch when you pick up your parking pass.

Online photos of place were not what we actually stayed in Wrong address given Toilet, fireplace, TV not working Main bedroom lock not working Dining room table unstable Shower door off track Person came to fix problems only to bring wrong items left and never came back. Not worth the price we paid.

Great Location and Spacious Home

This cottage was a great space for my family to stay. The rooms were great size. The master was on the main floor and the 2 other bedrooms were upstairs. The kitchen was very spacious as well but the amount of pots and pans were limited. We made breakfast in the mornings and it was difficult because they only had one small frying pan and just different size pots. Besides that they cottage was a great place to stay and enjoyed its charm.

Hot Water Issue

I hate giving reviews that aren't pleasant. But we arrived to our cottage on Friday evening November 11th around 4pm. We quickly unloaded because we had evening reservation to attend a show. Returned to our cottage after 10pm. Got everything unpacked and squared away and went to shower & there was no hot water. We called the desk who informed us they would send maintenance right away. 20 minutes later someone arrived & stated we would have to move. However, we would have to go from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. That wasn't enough room to accomodate us. But they replied that's all they could offer us. I told them this issue wasn't our fault & we shouldn't have to be downgraded it's 11 pm by this time and we have 4 kiddos ready for bed. They finally decided to put us in their 3 bedroom "show" cottage, but we wouldn't be able to lock it the next morning when we left for our activities. We really didn't have a lot of choice at this point so we packed everything up and moved to this cottage. We did have hot water, however it was so dusty that we had to wear shoes the entire time because the bottom of our socks were literally BLACK from the amount of dust or whatever was on the floors of the cottage. We made the best of our stay but of course are disappointed in our stay. For the amount of money that you pay there should not have been ANY of these issues. Had things worked and/or were clean it would have been PERFECT. This is a beautiful litttle !!

Wonderful holiday weekend

Cottage was just as described. Very comfortable with plenty of space. We really enjoyed the resorts swimming pools and splash pad. The location is perfect for silver dollar city as well as the Branson strip yet away from the noise. Will definitely return.

Spring Break weekend

We loved the location, adorable neighborhood resort, and cute cottage. It was just what we needed. The kids enjoyed the heated pools, and the adults loved the clean accommodations. We didn't appreciate the pressure at sign-in to come for a sales pitch later, but otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cottage in a great area! Loved all the amenities offered.

Great stay. Will definitely stay here again. Could have done without the pressure at check in to meet for an hour and a half for a discount or money off bookings of shows. They didn’t want to take “no thank” you for an answer.

Quiet and comfortable

We had a good experience overall. We did have some issues the night we arrived with the Internet and televisions not working. However they sent Maintenance out and they stayed until they fixed all of the issues. The neighborhood is very quiet, when we were sleeping there was zero noise. We woke up to deer both mornings in the backyard. The rental and space is clean and comfortable, and it’s easy to get to different attractions. The rooms are spacious and we had everything we needed. The kids loved the heated pools. Overall we had a great stay, thanks for making it awesome.
