Beautiful, Modern Condo-No Stairs!-King Beds! Central Branson

We have been renting condos in Branson since 2004 and this is our newest one. This one is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that we totally remodeled when we bought it!

It is a walk-in level condo which means there are no stairs! The complex offers a small playground if you have children in your group. It is located on Thousand Hills golf course (second row of buildings) and is just 4 blocks from highway 76.

The condo has three king beds and a queen size sofa sleeper (new in 2023 along with a matching recliner!). The sofa sleeper has an extra thick mattress and no back bar that sleepers are notorious for. Each bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player. The DVD players allow you to connect to your own Netflix account! The living room has a 50" flat screen with another smart DVD player. There is free Wi-Fi in the condo. The living room has two recliners.

There is a glassed /screened in patio with a nice view of parts of the golf course.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat there. We have a beautiful 8 seat dining table plus 3 nearby bar stools at the counter. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances: fridge with ice maker, range / oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Dishwasher detergent is provided. There is a drip coffee maker with individual packets of coffee, sugar, and creamer.

There is a washer and dryer set so you don't have to go home with dirty clothes. We provide detergent.

There is a tub / shower combination in one bathroom, and showers in the other bathrooms. Two bathrooms have double sinks.

*Quiet complex and no traffic noise
*Just two blocks off of highway 76 (The Strip)
*Located on Green Mountain Drive which is a traffic relief route. Much easier to avoid congestion and spend less time in traffic
*Just 1.6 miles from Ballparks of America

Quiet and clean

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Branson. It is close to all the Branson activities, yet in a very quiet area away from the main hustle and bustle. It has its own little parking spot and no stairs making it perfect for my 90yo mother who traveled with 7s.

Clean, comfortable and spacious condo. My brother and sister-in-law and sister all had plenty of room for everyone to have a separate bedroom and bathroom. Condo close to all Branson attractions. My brother hopes to book condo to bring his children to. Highly recommended.
