Could have used a couple more kitchen towels, the vent and light over the microwave did not work and the light in the hall where the washer dryer is located was out. Over all a great stay. We Really enjoyed the sunroom.

The floors were really dirty, the bottom of my socks were black. There was a nasty smell coming from the kitchen sink. The baseboard needed to be cleaned really bad. The whole condo could have used a good deep clean. The windows in the sunroom were not done. They had what looked like little kids hand prints all over them.

The condo was very nice. Was glad that the elevator was close to our unit. The floor plan was perfect for our group. Would have been nice to have a few more items in kitchen. For ex. 9x13 pan, salt & pepper shakers, tin foil, etc.

The facility and location great, plenty of room. We went to Branson with our grandsons, and had a great time. I did text the owner about the need to clean the unit better. The carpets were awful dirty, even the hardwood floors were nasty, ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom wobbled terribly, ice dispenser and water dispenser on refrigerator didn't work.

Conveniently located to where we needed to be. Great facility. There was only one issue, the upstairs bathtub was either not clean or stained. The ladies were not keen on bathing in it.Otherwise, it was great. We would like to stay with you again. Do you have a one bedroom with a bath and 1/2 condo's or equal?

Everyone enjoyed their stay, with a couple of exceptions. The unit we rented was supposed to have an elevator….this was quite a problem for two 80-year-olds. In addition, the bathroom stools were way too low!

Branson condo rental

This property is so nice & located close to everything in Branson. The sunroom is great & the walk to the indoor swimming pool is short. We would love to stay here again! The bathroom towel bars need to be replaced & the bar stools need attention the only other thing was the bathtub shower upstairs did not drain well….simple things to be fixed. Denise

Great place/location but parking a pain

Would have given 5 stars but every night we came back after shows and SDC, there want any parking available in front of our unit, had to park a little bit away.. guess no one cares how many vehicles there are per unit. Maybe paint the unit numbers on the parking spaces so we could park close to the unit… cause after a full day at SDC and other attractions I just want to walk in and crash.

Great Find

The condo was very roomy and clean. It was easy to find and was located in a nice area. The bedroom carpet could stand to be updated. I loved the sunroom and the elevator to get us to the top floor was a plus (really it settled the deal on which condo to rent).

Good for the price

The condo is fine. It’s clean. It does need updating really bad. It’s very dated looking and has some maintenance issues. The bar stools all need replaced for fixed, we had to fix the drain plug in the master bath, etc. The location is close to everything you need. The Thousand Hills property management will contact you a lot! Text, emails, phone calls.. all to get you to buy show tickets. It gets annoying. For the price, it was just fine. At least it was quiet except the 3 mornings our doorbell rang to move our vehicle(even though it wasn’t our car) for construction work to be done on the front of condo. The sunroom was our favorite room and we spent every evening there playing cards.

Great Condo

Loved our stay. Great Location. Close to 76. Very nice staff. Our family of 7 had plenty of room. Our master bedroom was spacious & the bed was great. Condo has an elevator. We highly recommend it.

Great place to relax, play golf, see sights!

We stayed in a 3 bed condo with a sunroom. Due to rain we had some time to enjoy the sunroom play cards and relax it was not cramped at all with 6 people.
