Last minute spring break stay. We love this resort. The property is old and it wasn’t perfectly clean but we made due just fine. There were some hairs stuck to baseboards, the garbage disposal smelled funky. Lots of items that just didn’t look that clean because of their age-like linoleum, caulking, etc. The people below us left because they said their water stunk horribly like sulfur. I loved their app check-in process. It was great! Would we return? Yes, as long as it was a good deal.

2025 Branson Vacation

Beds are not comfortable at all. Condo is very out dated on inside. I read no pets and people below had a dog that barked all night and someone was running a vacuum cleaner at 1am and talking very loudly. Really like it’s a short walk to clubhouse for pool time. Great location not far from the strip.

Pointe Royale

Nice place for a good price. Comfortable beds and nice patio. Very peaceful. Nice areas to walk and very well maintained and secure. Only drawback was someone either smoking in downstairs condo or above us. So condo had a cigarette smoke smell especially noticeable when we walked in each day.

Another great place to stay in Branson

This condo is in a great location. Just a few steps to get to get to the front door, which we appreciated. No issues with parking at all. The condo could definitely stand to be updated, but it was clean and everything was functional. The balcony is nice. Appreciated the TV's in the bedrooms with cable. We did not cook any meals so I can't say if that stuff was adequate. The only thing that I didn't care for was having to go to the clubhouse to check in. But, it ended up not being so bad. We would stay here again. We love Branson and will be back for many more trips!

Short and Sweet

We stayed here for two nights. It was a nice place and didn’t have any big issues. Lock code didn’t work at first but they helped me immediately and we were able to get in. Would stay here again! Only thing to mention is the pull out bed mattress isn’t super comfy, they ended up just sleeping on the couch itself. If you have someone who will be sleeping on the couch, just something to keep in mind. I’d also make sure you bring a blanket/pillow/sheets as they only have one of those blue fleece blankets and a few pillows without cases available for couch sleeping. Not a big deal but thought it’d be worth mentioning.

The condo complex is in a gated community, which I loved and was very quiet. The condo fixtures were a little dated, but in very good condition. It had a smell to it to me and my friend that stayed with me. It almost smelled a little musty and maybe it had been smoked in previously. There were some cobwebs and a couple of spiders that I seen. I would stay at this complex again but probably not this unit.

Every thing was good. When we first got there, I found a hair in master bathroom. Tub was very slippery for my wife and I. Ice maker took 4 days to make a tray of ice. Some areas could definitely use some paint.

Summer vacation

Overall the condo worked for what we needed. We enjoy the location and the pool so we have stayed in this area multiple times. This condo was more outdated than some others we've stayed in. The one thing that was lacking was the pantry/storage space for the dry food we brought with us. No where to store it but in the counter. We also had to check in at another location in Branson due to the property being managed by thousands hills. Next time I'll look for something that just sends us the details for check in over email or text. That's more convenient for us.

Noisy Upstairs Neighbors

The unit itself was as described. However, the neighbors in the unit above were very loud all week long. You can easily hear footsteps from above, and there was consistent running/loud thuds coming from above every day I was there. I would not recommend this place if you value quiet or plan on working from this unit.

Great place to stay in Branson

Property management went above and beyond. We had a Christmas day check-in and a 7hr drive to get there. Fully expected an after hours check-in packet. Was pleasantly surprised to have someone in the office to check us in and answer our questions.
