  • Located a 10-minute walk from the beautiful village of Erbalunga and a 5-minute walk from the beach, “La Marmorraggia” is a traditional Corsican house measuring 300 m² that was completely renovated in 2017 and retains all the charm of the past.
    In the shade of the linden trees, you can enjoy the spacious outdoor areas with breathtaking views of the sea and relax by the heated, secure pool.

    The villa is spread over two levels and features underfloor heating and cooling. It has a total area of 300 m² and can accommodate 9 to 11 people in 4 bedrooms. It includes Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Canal+ and Canal Sat channels.

    On the first floor, you’ll find:
    - a large, fully equipped kitchen with a terrace overlooking the sea: fireplace, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, dishes, and silverware.
    - a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen with a toilet, sink, washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
    - a sitting area with a fireplace
    - a large living room with a sofa, TV, and a large dining table opening onto the outdoors.

    Upstairs:
    - large master suite with ocean view, featuring a king-size bed (180/200), large closet, shower, sink, and freestanding bathtub.
    - Separate restroom
    - Children’s bedroom with mountain views, featuring 3 small beds (90/190) and a closet.
    - Bedroom with ocean views, featuring a 160/200 bed and a closet.
    - Bedroom with garden and pool view, featuring a 160/200 bed and a closet.
    - Bathroom with shower, bathtub, double-sink vanity, and toilet.

    - An additional 160/200 mattress is available to accommodate a total of 11 people.
    - A travel crib with a mattress is also available.

    Outdoor areas:
    - Terraces with ocean views
    - Pool with lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen, and ping-pong table.
    - bocce court

    The rate includes:
    - cleaning upon arrival and departure
    - linens: sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels. These will be provided based on the number of guests.
