    This charming home comfortably sleeps six guests, with two bedrooms plus a large enclosed sleeping porch featuring a queen bed. It's perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax and reconnect.

    The property is level and offers a spacious lawn ideal for kids to play or for family activities. Water lovers will appreciate the private dock, great for fishing or launching the kayaks provided for exploring nearby Sugar Creek. The dock's platform is seasonal, and while boats can't tie up overnight here, it's a wonderful spot to soak up the lakeside ambiance.

    Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, including central air conditioning to keep you cool during warmer months, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher. The living room is bright and cozy, complete with cable TV for those relaxing evenings in.

    Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

    Note:
    1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
    2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
    3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
    4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
    5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
    6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
    7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
    8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Best lake view and such a quaint little row of cottages! We had everything we needed. They provide an initial care package in case you left something home. Plenty of space, large side yard, right on the shore, easy to cook with kitchen amenities and much more! We were able to bring our dogs and this is the perfect location to do so. If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation where you can bring what you need and not have to leave for every meal, etc this is it!! Plus plenty to do if you want to go explore. Keuka state park is right up the road and also right on the shore. We will try to book this spot as often as we can.

Serenity Cove was almost perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, but high. My sister-in-law slept on the couch, she couldn't get into bed. Only other down side for us was getting into the tub. My fault, i didn't realize it was a tub/shower. A really nice few days away from home.

Amazing location and experience

This property was perfect. Location was great, nestled between Keuka State Park and Sugar Creek, we could walk to a small preserve and to the State Park. Close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and more. The house literally sits on the water and it's easy for kids to walk in. There is a large side yard as well. The house was clean and roomy for three of us. The welcome package was great - we had a dog and they included dog treats and a ball! Loved everything about this place.

My husband and I booked a short weekend trip to Branchport to explore fishing opportunities and see what the area had to offer. We gravitated to the cottage at Serenity Cove due to the sunroom and close proximity to the lake. The pictures do not do the cottage justice! It was CLEAN not just brushed over when one guest leaves so another can arrive but not a speck of dust anywhere. Also, it wasn't just the big things but many small things that made our stay relaxing and comfortable. There is an over head heater in the batheroom so when you exit the shower/bath the room is nice and warm. ( we visited when there was a chill in the air) Extra pillows on each bed and eating spaces where the view could be enjoyed. Enough power strips available to charge any and every device possible while drying your hair. The host had left a bag of possibly forgotten essentials such as a bottle opener and wine decanter. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom and chose to sleep out in the room and could hear the light rain on the water. Although the weather did not cooperate while we were there we were not dissappointed because we had a great relaxing stay at the cottage. The view was breathtaking and the sounds of the water made things even more enjoyable.

Quirky Cottage

House is a cute and quirky cottage with low ceilings and unlevel floor. It is extremely clean and has a wonderful view. However there were several things that were disappointing and I am not sure if it is the owners or property managements fault. -empty propane tanks so no hot water, stovetop cooking or central heat the first chilly night (they did have plug in heaters which kept blowing the fuses to the fridge and oven) making it impossible to make dinner and no hot shower that evening.-no hairdryer provided as listed-dead batteries in ROKU remote with no replacement batteries available-the dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived-no dish soap, detergent, or sponge provided to wash dishes in sink or dishwasher

Amazing view/ uncomfortable furnishings

The view is breath taking . Unfortunately the couches and bed were extremely uncomfortable. All of the beds are very worn and thin. The springs jabbed into my hips and back all night. My mother in law is 70 years old and she didn’t get much sleep in her bed because of the same. The bedroom off the kitchen has a door that leads into the living room. The doorknob to that door falls off and you have to turn and pull tediously in order to open the door otherwise it falls off and your stuck. While vacationing you want to be able to kick your feet up and relax after being in the sun all day on the lake but unfortunately that was not the case. The couches both were extremely uncomfortable and older. When you sat on both of them you were sitting on the frame. The couch beds you pull out under the couches were also very uncomfortable. I want to mention the third queen bed in the sunroom is not comfortable either and there is no AC in that room. It is not insulated. It was too hot for anyone to sleep in that room. There was a heat advisory for two of the seven days we stayed. It got up to 101 and inside that room was ridiculously hot. I don’t think it’s fair to say this is a three bedroom that comfortable sleeps 6 people. The listing says cable / satellite channels are included but there was no cable and no satellite. The TV is not a smart TV so you can’t stream anything or watch anything at all. They had a pest control company come and spray in the middle of our stay!DISSAPOINTED

Great weekend retreat!

My husband, two year old son and I stayed over the holiday weekend. The house interior was even nicer in person than in the photographs. We enjoyed sitting on the dock during the kiddo’s naps, and he had a ball playing on the rocky beach and exploring the sun porch. The shower pressure was awesome, and the washer and dryer were so convenient!

More than we expected

We were so thrilled once we arrived at the house as it exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness was amazing, the kayaks, grill, fire pit and those views on the dock were awesome! Definitely booking again! Think we found our spot for the summers!
