Welcome to Surfers Paradise, one of Stayycations stunning vacation homes that combines comfort, convenience, and spacious rooms. This property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and proximity to all the action. Just a short 12-minute drive to the beaches. As you enter Surfers Paradise, you'll be greeted by updated furnishings and a stylish, modern ambiance. The spacious living area provides ample room for relaxation and socializing, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. This newly renovated family home is 1900 sq ft 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The large backyard hosts a pool, and a grill with plenty of space to eat outside or play cornhole. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies necessary for your vacation. There is 70" TV in the living room. The house can handle 12+ if you want to cram in. Wifi 500 Mbps Down. We arrived shortly after midnight, which we communicated, and we had a hard time finding the place because there were no lights and we couldn’t see the house number. I think this place will be great once they finish all of the work outside. The view out one of the windows was piles of junk in the corner of the yard which I’m sure they’ll get rid of at some point. The yard needs some work and some finishing touches around the pool need to be completed. The pool is very nice and a good size and what they’ve finished outside looks good. The inside of the house is nice and it has a great layout. The description for the house said no cleaning fee, but we were still charged for one. I did ask about it, but never got a response. Prior to that communication was ok. There are chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach which we appreciated. Even with things not finished, we would stay here again.

Pros: We had 6 people ages 18 to 48 and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for us. It was close to a main road but far enough that we didn't have the noise. The pool was great. Washer and Dryer were nice.Cons: The kitchen could have used a few more items like mixing bowls, eating spoons (we had enough forks) and dish rags/towels and the floor was not mopped before our arrival. But overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommended it.

The house was a great meeting place for our family of 8 plus a dog. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. The yard was perfect for the dog. The house location was good. It was close enough to Anna Marie Island for day trips. The only hicups we had were with the pool temperature and the wiifi. The property manager was very helpful with these matters. We were in Florida for a soccer tournament. House was very nicely setup and met all our needs for the weekend. Very clean, maintenance stopped by to check pool levels, owner was very responsive when needed. Only con is 3rd bedroom didn't have a tv but definitely not a deal breaker. Would also be nice if laundry was included. Would definitely stay again.

We found the home on the inside to be very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and supplied. A few items on the online listing were not available but not a big deal. Having a pet made the lack of grass a challenge. If the yard was sodded an exterior updated this home would be perfect! We enjoyed our stay!

The inside was just as the pictures showed. It was very nice and spacious for our family. The yard could use a little more attention. Locking the front door was a little tricky at times. The house was close to the grocery store, restaurants, riverwalk and the beach. I would stay there again. Colby, the host was very quick to respond with any questions. In general everything was perfect for what I was looking for, a spacious, comfortable and quiet place to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday with the family, just a couple of things, there is no electricity in the pool area and in front, too dark to my taste, and a little dust in some areas…. but I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others 👍
